We had a 30+ year old R22 compressor give out, and need to have it (and the entire AC system upstairs) replaced with a newer system. The team from Advanced Mechanical Services was fantastic. The estimate was done the next day after my initial call, and the job was quickly scheduled & finished in less than two days. The team left a perfectly clean yard (had to work from the outside as well due to the narrow access to our attic from indoors) and driveway, the interior was of the home spotless afterwards, and the work was well done and very professional. Plus they were extremely friendly and took the time to answer all my questions and address any potential concerns that I had - and not knowing a thing about HVAC systems I had quite a few questions! A big 'thank you' to doing this so quickly, and right before the start of the summer season and the high temperatures!

I have been using Advanced Mechanical for more than 10 years to service my furnace and AC.
They are very reliable and very dependable. Every time I have had an issue with my AC that needed service they were quick to call me when I reached out to them for service .
I recently had a new furnace installed along with a nest thermostat and needed help with programming the thermostat. They set it up and walked me through connecting it to my smart phone.
When I initially called Advanced Mechanical about getting a new furnace they promptly set up a date to send a representative to come to my house to see what kind of furnace would best suit my house. They also asked me if I had a furnace in mind that I would like. At no time did they pressure me to pick a particular furnace.
After coming to my house to see what I had and measure my old furnace they contacted me within a week with a quote for the furnace that included details and specifics.
The day the furnace was installed there was an issue with the new thermostat. I called around 6:30 P.M. to explain my concern and immediately someone called me back to explain what to do. The first thing the following morning John , the head technician, came to the house and replaced a faulty relay switch correcting the problem.

So many choices when your looking for a company to service your heating and air conditioning needs. When we reached out on social media for suggestions for a reputable and reliable company so many people highly recommended Advanced Mechanical Services that we wondered if it was for real. Well now you can count us among the believers. From the moment Deena took our phone call till Rob and Ian arrived at our home and completed the work on-site, these incredibly talented and professional people did their job on time, as promised, with courtesy and knowledge and quickly identified and fixed both our heating and air conditioning issues that three other companies that we paid big money to in the past could not figure out. Their reasonable bill for quality work was another surprise. And they were COVID compliant and respectful with masks AND gloves which made us feel comfortable (as senior citizens) having them come into our home to do work.

This company is recommended by Carlin Combustion as the go to outfit for repair of this brand of type of gas home heating systems. After two other outfits failed to resolve my issue, Advanced Mechanical came out and promptly resolved my gas furnace issue quickly and reasonably.

My wife and I (Carolyn and Gary Decko) just today (4/7/2021) had a Ductless Mini-split system installed by your technicians (Chuck and Matt). They did an EXCELLENT/ " Top of The Line Job"... in quality, timeliness (very fast and accurate), and were very professional. You are very fortunate to have Chuck and Matt working for you... there are few, very few, technicians with their capabilities, thoroughness and drive!

I suggest that you (John) give special recognition to and support Chuck and Matt, not as ordinary individuals but as special people that can make your company grow !!

Do not recommend. I bought a house and the home inspector advised the pressure on the boiler was too high (20-25 psi instead of 12-15 psi). Seller called Advanced Mechanical Services to come out and look at it on 3/6/14. They said everything was OK including the expansion tank. Over the next few weeks the pressure continued to stay high on the boiler until it reached 30 psi and relief valve blew off. I called Advanced Mechanical Services on 4/25/14 and someone came out. Within 60 seconds of being there, they tell me the expansion tank is no good and it needs to be replaced. That 60 second diagnosis costs $85. The gentleman that came out said he could have just told me over the phone had I picked up my phone. Turned out he was not calling my correct phone number. I called the office for an explanation on Friday 4/25 and they told me they would call me back. No return call on Friday or the following Monday. I call them again on Tuesday and they again tell me they will get back to me in a few minutes, which does not happen. I call them a 3rd time hours later and they quickly say there is nothing they can do for me.

We have used Advance Mechanical Services for 15+ years. Whether for our yearly servicing of our equipment at my company or at my residence. Or in in an emergency. They have allows taken good care of us. It's not just how I feel my family feels the same, from my mom to my children. They rely John and Dina for all their service and emergency needs. Everyone is very responsive. Sharon and Steve were super helpful and fast getting our a/c back in working order on the same day. Their rates are very reasonable as well.

I'm always wary of a company that wants your credit card number before they do the work. So I should've known better. I would not recommend this company.
