Call the Bee

If you are looking for honest advice, please call them. I called someone else first and they wanted to force me into replacing my entire boiler system and then I buzzed the BEEs, they came and stated there was still life left on my boiler and the system can be fixed. Well, I went ahead and got it fixed, the boiler is up and running and in the process I also signed up for preventive maintenance services too.

All of the fine folks that I worked with via Call the Bee provided extremely professional, clear, and courteous service in the installation of our new ductless heating and cooling system. Special shout-out to Jacque who helped to evaluate the quote and set everything up, and Brian, one of the contractors on the install job, who sent regular photo updates each day of the project to make everything clear.

Overall, the business was easy to work with to guarantee exactly what we needed, and patient as we reviewed our options to get the right fit for our house. I would recommend them to anybody looking for excellent quality work at competitive rates.

Ben and Erik installed a high efficiency gas boiler and worked long and hard to get the system up and working in one day! They both were knowledgeable and courteous. Cleanup was excellent too! I must say, Busy Bee, has fantastic employees and I would recommend them highly!

Wonderful crew with above high standards and professionalism. We had an A/C unit installed and they made sure to check all the boxes to get it setup properly. Will definitely use them again!

Technician seemed nice enough, I called them to flush my oil line and do standard maintenance on my boiler. The tech said I needed a new boiler and oil tank, and there was nothing he could do. He left me a $20k quote, so I wanted to shop around before making a decision like that. Another independent tech came that was referred to me and he got my system running in 10 minutes. Busy Bee clearly wanted to generate some urgency by leaving me without heat or hot water. I would avoid at all costs for the untrustworthiness.

Had Busy Bee come to my house to discuss installing Nest thermostats, which somehow turned in to a two-plus hour conversation on how my boiler is leaking carbon monoxide internally. The rep then told me I would need to replace it sooner rather than later and that they can offer me three separate replacement options. I decided to call CNG for a second opinion and had them conduct their own reading. Their meter showed no significant trace of carbon monoxide inside or outside of the unit, and the rep even stated how well maintained my boiler is for being close to 40 years old (he also said there's no reason to replace it right now).

It's amazing how a small job suddenly turned into "You need to replace your boiler, here's what we can offer you."

The team from Busy Bee Services was awesome. They installed our new HVAC system in a timely manner. All technicians were courteous and professional. Ryan was very good at communicating during the project. Would definitely recommend.

Tyler took time, not only to listen to my concern, but thoroughly (and clearly so i could understand), he explained, what he felt would solve the problem. He concluded with a statement that in 24 hours if I still had the problem to call him back and if needed he would set apmt to check out the a/c.👍

Both Erik and Josh were very courteous and professional. Their knowledge of the problem was very apparent. They walked thru the repair order before beginning and when the job was finished. The work area was left clean and all old unused items were removed.
