I highly recommend busy bee, they’re very professional, reasonable and on time. We converted from electric to gas heat.. we love it! Tyler & his crew was the man. Never been so happy and comfortable. They cleaned up after the job, all spic and span I was amazed! How can I forget Jillian, she’s amazing since the first contact and have kept us updated with everything in regards to date, time and work permit.

Dave did a great job. Very professional, good personality, explained all steps to me. Installed a new faucet quickly and efficiently.

Typical salesman who was long on words and short on results. Was told we would get an array of options that are cost conscience before the end of the day. It was mid the next day before we were emailed a single option for AC installation. So disappointed with Busy Bee and it's lack of follow through with the sales process. Immediately we went to work to get more bids from other companies that give us more options. In all Busy Bee was a whopping $8,000 more expensive than the other companies.

I had been trying to get service for our mini-split heat pump since early June to replace the leaked refrigerant. Several companies offered to come but had no time for many weeks. One came and recharged the lost refrigerant without testing for a leak and the charge was lost within a week. I contacted Busy Bee Services in late July and made an appointment for 2 days after the call. They had a cancelation and actually came a day sooner. They pressurized the system and quickly found the leak in one of the factory-made connections in the indoor unit. I was very impressed by their promptness and expert service. We are now waiting for the manufacturer to ship a replacement under warranty. The company is also handling all of the warranty paperwork!

Great professional company came out to give a quote for AC unit has not gotten any work done but definitely reviewing over the estimate given. Company gave free estimate that was comparable to other quotes

The technicians came out to replace our oil tank - it leaked. After the new install they discovered the boiler was not working. They replaced it. During the entire process, they were courteous, informative and professional. We were impressed when on the last day 4 additional techs showed up to assist and the process went very smoothly. Thank U Bee !!!

BUSY BEE was here on time, however I canceled the appointment. My cancelation was somehow overlooked. But the guy who came to my house was very pleasant and said it was no problem. I needed a boiler now and could not wait to hear from another contractor. If the boiler broke over the summer I would have done a lot more research. BusyBee would have been a welcome to hear and see what they had to offer but it's the middle of December and I just couldn't wait to see what they had to offer. Because another contractor I saw before Busy Bee got me when he said it would be installed immediately and the price wasn't bad, so I took it. I can't live in a house @45 % and worried that pipes will start freezing, so I made the deal.. I am sorry that I to had to cancel but timing was the problem not BusyBee. Thank you,
