Joey shared lots of information about my A/C system while in my home, my system is still in decent shape so I've decided to wait some time before replacing the whole complete unit, Joey was good and his knowledge was satisfactory to what i needed to know about my unit. Joey's service is 5* approved

My appointment had to get pushed back but the communication was excellent and much appreciated. I loved getting a text with the name and photo of the tech, and again when he was on his way. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Not only did they install a new AC on our roof (live in a townhouse condo that put the AC units on the roofs), they just finished moving our washer and dryer hook ups from the basement to the kitchen. We don’t do “stairs” as well as we did when we moved in 20 years ago. They did a great job on both and were reasonably priced.

Nick from Busy Bee went above and beyond to accommodate our needs to service our furnace and inspect the functionality of our heating system when we were selling our home. Nick and Busy Bee understood the importance of our specific need to complete this work before selling our home and was there within a day to perform the work. I hold their responsiveness, quality of work, and professionalism in the highest regard and recommend their services to anyone!

This is going to be a long review but please bare with me.
This morning (1/13/21) we woke up to a cold house. Our furnace kicked the bucket over night. I had heard about Busy Bee as I know one of the employees so they were the first call I made. They picked up the phone immediately and did everything they could to get a tech to my house as quick as possible. Within a couple hours, Joey arrived. This friggin guy was so polite and crammed himself in our tiny basement and got right to work. He was super informative, funny as hell and turned a super stressful situation into something more manageable.
Our furnace had a ton of weird symptoms and he wanted to make sure that he knew exactly what the problem was, which unfortunately was that our furnace was no good. This wasn't a surprise since the luck in our household is nothing short of depressing.
Joey was compassionate about our situation (financially) and WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND helping us get financing approved on a new furnace.
He walked us through who to contact, what forms to fill out, what information to send.
All day we have been stressed out beyond belief having no idea what to do and how this was going to play out but just minutes ago we were approved for financing which was the biggest relief.

This company is fantastic. From start to finish one of the best experiences I’ve had from a contractor. They were on time, communication was top notch and their work was neat and they kept my house clean the entire time. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a new system.

I lucked out when I discovered Busy Bee Services to install a new heating system and AC unit. Brothers Chris and Ken Byrne, who run the company, were stellar in all respects. Brian and James, who installed the units, did an amazing job and left my basement as clean as it was before they installed both units, and both could not have been any more courteous and helpful. Chris, who had come to my home on several occasions prior to the installation of the units, enlightened me on all the ins and outs of heating and AC systems and provided me with a price considerably lower for top quality units than the astronomical price that a leading company had quoted me and lower than what I would have paid for toward less powerful and efficient units that the oil company that I have been using for years would have installed. I would gladly recommend Busy Bee Services to anyone in need of their services. Not only are their prices fair, but their service and workmanship are unbeatable.
