the technician seemed more interested in having us go with more expensive options that were not fiscally feasible at the time. we just needed our hot water back for the time being so that we can figure out next steps. This tech was more insurance salesman than plumber. Because it wasn't something he wanted to do, he rushed through the job and rushed out of our house, not checking water pressure, nothing. I've never seen a plumber NOT check to see if the water flow was correct. Not one sink was turned on to see if our issue was fixed. When I tried calling the office to have him return, no one called me back. Office was closed. Busy Bee did NOTHING to fix his errors, even after i sent them an email explaining what happened. I had to call another plumber to come in to fix his errors. Had I been a high paying customer who paid for a whole new system up front, i would have received the red carpet treatment. instead I was treated like a shmuck. I see all of these high ratings from other folks, sorry but I'm not buying it. This company only cares about landing the big sales and high paying jobs and obviously can care less for average Joe's like me who don't do much for their bottom lines. Pass

These guys were great! Chris Byrne, the sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable, having been a former installer, and responsive to all our needs including my exhaustive list of questions. Brian Keith Wight and Alex were very professional and did a great job installing our system, despite the challenges represented by the install locations. Brian also ensured we knew what to do to keep the system maintained and how to use it effectively. The office staff took care of filing our registration, providing pictures and specifications for our town and handling the CT Energy loan, as well. The units are ultra quiet, efficient and effective! We are very glad we chose Daikin and Busy Bee Services to install them. Great product, great value, great service and installation! We give them our highest recommendation!

Had new CA unit installed 2 years ago by this company. Took several visits after to make it work properly.
Well, today it stopped working, and despite several calls , leaving messages with receptionist, nobody called back.
I did not expect same day service, also that would be nice, but at least, courtesy call from company when to expect technician.

This company is exploitative bordering on fraud. I wanted them to clean HVAC ducts. When I called, they would not give me a rough estimate, something they should be able to based on the size of the house. They told me that they would not even come to my house to give me an estimate without first extracting a $60 evaluation fee. Unfortunately I agreed to this. When the technician came, he quoted me an absurdly high fee ($1200) which is at least twice if not triple what it should cost. I said no but they already had my $60. I suspect crooked business model is to charge just for the evaluation and then give an exorbitant quote. If the customer accepts the fee, they make more money than the job is worth by far. If the customer refuses, they are already ahead because they have charged for the evaluation. Stay away.

Had a sewage clog in my basement that started on a Sunday night. I called several places first thing Monday morning. The earliest appointment that I could get was for Wednesday. I called Busy Bee Services and they checked around and had someone at my house bu 3:30 PM that Monday. They sent me a text to let me know when the technician was on their way. My technician, Nick Byrne was fantastic. He made me feel at ease with professionalism and demeanor. He took time to assess the problem and assured me that it would be fixed. He took his time and unclogged the backup and we ran multiple tests to ensure that we were all set. He pointed out the "root" of my problem (which were "roots") and explained how Busy Bee would fix it and gave me a price. This company and Nick treated me with urgency and respect. Great experience. I recommend them.

Very professional and friendly. Also was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next business day. Provided detailed photos outlining the scope of work to be performed and everything was thoroughly explained. Would definitely use the Bee again.
