We used Busy Bee Services initially to repair our central air conditioning system and were impressed by their knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, including with office staff & scheduling. When the time came to replace our hot water heater and boiler (both original to the 1985 home we bought) we pleased that their quote was not only competitive, it included several upgrades the other companies' didn't. In addition, their assistance with financing, level of responsiveness with questions that arose and top notch communication (including the time they spent explaining our options) only validated that we made the right decision in using them again. Can't say enough about this company, their transparency and willingness to go above-and-beyond while still offering such fair prices.

The HVAC system that was installed was quality workmanship. Both of the Techs where very professional, on time as scheduled. They both worked well together to get the job done in two days. We are very happy with our new system.

Very good service and professionalism from the installers. Beware of the contract before you sign as several items are heavily overpriced.

We had a mammoth clog deep in our strange and convoluted pipes (new house to us). Busy Bee had to make a few visits with different equipment, but they did not rest until it was well and truly clear, for a terrific price. One of the things they did was high-pressure water blasting--the price they quoted me was almost 50% less than Roto-Rooter quoted. The plumbers who visited all wore booties and left the house immaculate, and you couldn't meet a nicer set of people. Busy Bee will be my first call for anything plumbing related from here on in.
