Wonderful professional technicians. Efficient, they were very aware of trying not to get in the way of my Grandsons schooling. I highly recommend them to do work in your home. Busy Bee was extremely helpful. They called back when I had questions and got a tech out pretty quickly. My condensation pump is dead. They are going to replace it and I will get my ducts cleaned by them too next year. Very professional 👏

These people took advantage of my immigrant parents who have limited English skills. Horrendous. They charged $300 to just mount a toilet. Not even move it, toilet was in the bathroom and only had to be attached. No other work, just put the toilet on the flange and connect the water lines. They didn't even do a good job of that... Toilet is crooked and I had to adjust it when I was back in town.

My parents also asked how much it would be to tap an AC duct, extend it 1 foot, and add a diffuser. They were quoted almost $1,000. What a terrible business.

The furnace broke down x3 this winter when it was the coldest. Frustration had us trying to convert our oil furnace to oil heating. Had couple estimates, including CNG, but too expensive or too many additional charges not cover by service. We found Busy Bee Services on Google search and from the moment Jillian answered the phone to the service guys, installer, Jay, James, Brian all very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They listen to what we wanted, and provided us multiple choices and prices. The final price was compatible with other companies bigger companies and the best part, the installation was completed in one day. We're extremely happy with the service and planning to continue doing business with these great people.

They were very professional, friendly, on time. They were not satisfied until you were, asked all the right questions. They cleaned up after themselves before going home for the day. Replacement of 50+ year old oil tank in my basement. This is my second transaction with Busy Bee. Unfortunately my home is 50+ years old. And everyone knows big ticket items start to fail. Since Busy Bee just put in my new boiler less than 2 weeks ago, I wanted to make sure it could operate properly. Unfortunately, the oil technician attempted to deliver oil and he wasn't able to fill my tank due to "sludge" that had build up over 50 years. I called Busy Bee and their technician. Joey came out the same day! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what needed to be done. Joey was able to put me on the schedule 2 days later! Now, THAT's great service! Tyler and 2 other gentlemen (sorry guys I forgot your names) came out and worked extremely hard to get the new oil tank in and the old one out on the same day! The company is called "Busy Bee", however, they are never too busy to fit you into their schedule (especially if it's an emergency! I highly recommend the Busy Bee team!

Nick from Busy Bee was very professional, clean, and courteous. We've called several places and Busy Bee wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. They put a new whole house valve, closed and capped a few water pipes and re-routed the water pipes to our laundry room sink. He also installed the new sink and hauled away the old sink. Overall we're satisfied with his work, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Mark was fabulous. We had a new AC unit put in. His skill level is beyond belief. He knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. His attention to detail is amazing! It was raining during the installation. Mark made sure there was a canvas covering on our stairs while he was coming in and out. He made sure we were well informed as to the process and what he was doing. We felt he was looking out for us as the customer throughout the process. We thank Busy B for having him!! Very professional!
