Ryan and his team did an amazing job installing my mini split heat pumps. I highly recommend them. Extremely happy with my heating system. If anyone ever decided to have this system installed or have any work done, Request Ryan and hopefully you get him. 💯👍🏻👍🏻💯💯

The team (from service manager and technicians to office staff) were appropriately knowledgeable , professional and polite. Everyone was helpful in explaining the plans and filling me in on the work being performed. Due to some older equipment, parts needed to be tracked down, and they were acquired in a timely manner. I will be back for routine maintenance.

Service from start to finish was great! Techs were professional and polite. They were respectful of my time and my home. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. From final installation to first contact, the whole team was helpful and kind. 4 Ton, ductless heat pump system was installed and running great. Smooth installation and even with minor roadblocks the team provide guidance, suggestions and we prevailed. I will continue to work with Busy Bee Services in the future. Thanks!

My whole experience with the business has been great! From making the appointment, to the technology they use and lastly the technician that came out, Joey. He was awesome! Really nice guy, knowledgeable and was trustworthy. He walked me through all my options and helped me make the best decision for my situation. They are coming back to do some installation of new equipment but this service call exceeded expectations.

I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are very responsive, professional, and do great work. I cannot be happier with the work that Joe and Alex did for me! They installed a new energy efficient boiler and were very thorough! Great work and great people!

James was so thorough in diagnosing the problem with my furnace, took time to help us call around for additional help and generally went above and beyond for my family. If you call the bee and see that James is your technician you're going to be in great hands!

Adding to my review for Derek! I don't often go back to update reviews, but Busy Bee sent us some really awesome people. I think 4 in total. They took extra time to try to figure out how to make our old thermostat compatible with our new furnace. Speaking of new furnace these guys were here bright and early and had the job done by around 4 pm (maybe a little earlier.)

Bonus points for how quietly they worked. Not that it was a prerequisite, but my youngest was able to nap through them working. Thanks guys!

I dont know where to start, but these people semmed professional and knowledgable when they first arrived at my house. Turns out they are just a GIGANTIC SCAM. They are not there to help you or solve your problems, they will charge you a lot for things that others people will charge way less and in the end there will still be issues. Their goal is to make you buy a whole new system. Another thing is they will tell you one thing, and write something completely different in your contract after you cannot back out. My system is great, can last another fifty years (as told to me by another company AFTER i went with this one) and yet this company told me that i needed a whole new system so they cannot guarantee their work. My advice to you dear reader, do not do buisness with them. And if you do choose to do so, have at LEAST 4 qoutes from other companies. I respect everyone who worked at my house.
All of them came and saw that i was in desperate need of heat. I have an ifant and a pregnant wife, they took advantage of that. They saw it as an oppritunity to make a sale, not a priority to help someone. Long story short, because of my dyer need for heat i was hastey. I had them fix what they could for my boiler and instead if doing my own research, i just asked the guy if their price was the avarage price range. To which he said yes, we are prosessional. In the end he told me my sytem would work for another five years after they were done, so i went with it. I paid them the $2600 for cleaning and checking parts. Ten days after they had finished their job my boiler stopped working. They said they couldnt and wouldnt do anything as their work isnt guaranteed, so i went with another company. I only had to pay them $220 and my issue was solved (it was a clogged pipe, this company didnt find that), my boiler having a long 25+ years ahead of itsself. I am very disappointed in the disloyalty and untrustworthyness of this company. I hope anyone who needs to fix their boiler finds this and promply finds a different company to work with.

I worked with Busy Bee to install some ductless mini-splits in our home. Chris took plenty of time going over our options for not just the units, but how to best place them in the house and how the outdoor piping would likely end up looking. Then, the team kept us informed for ~4 months while we awaited parts (supply chain and all that), never forgetting about us. They also alerted us to the CT Heat Loan financing option and provided some guidance there, then executed the install in two days, showing up on time each time and clearly working their buns off to get it completed. The system works great, we had input every step of the way, and they executed with excellence. Would recommend.

Even though we are in preliminary stages of working with Busy Bee, Joey the Technician was very professional and very informative 👍
Hopefully we will be able to work together to get this issue we are having with the church's chiller resolved 🙏
