The scheduling was a bit rough, as they canceled and had to reschedule 3 times. Aside from that, everyone was friendly, and Brad the technician was great. He was polite and very knowledgeable, I would use this service again.

First service was excellent! Great company, very professional and upfront with everything. Looking forward to continued service with my home comfort maintenance contract!

The people in the office are warm and friendly and helpful, and Brad the technician was knowledgeable and nice and answered all my questions. The only improvement for the business (this holds for most businesses) would be an increase in hours, to accommodate people who have trouble leaving work during the day. Great folks, good work, I am toasty warm!

This is a great company. I had a couple of slow leaks in my basement. The technician, Chris, was at my door within a few hours of me calling. He was friendly, fast and efficient. The price was reasonable too so all around a good, honest company.

Mike was an absolute gem to work with. Honest and efficient. He did a thorough walk through and explanation of the complexity of our system. He sat down with us and was very attentive to the concerns we had and reassured us every step of the way. We are scheduled to have our project done in the next week or so and we are feeling really great about the service we have received so far.

This is an amazing company. I had a refrigerant leak on my mini split system. They came and fixed right away within 2 hours with no fuss. The price was also really good as well. Brad my technician was amazing as well, very professional and knew exactly what to do and fixed it quickly. I am amazed at Brad and this company!

My husband and I very much appreciate the excellent help and dedication that Todd showed when fixing a major leak in one of our bathroom tubs. He answered all of our questions and was honest and knowledgeable about this complicated repair. He was patient, focused and kind to us when we were anxious about what would happen. We would recommend him to anyone seeking a great job on plumbing repair and installation in their home. We would like to also highly compliment Jay who helped Todd with his added expertise. From fist contact with Gerry Diaz and Mark Tiso who came to my house to place propane tanks I knew that I had made the right decision going with Total Mechanical. Second visit was Mark Tiso then came electricians Phil Lisieski and Jason Stevens along with furnace install guys Nick Dell’Aera Jr. and Derek Harris, all these guys are super professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Pricing fair and accommodating. Recommend to Highest Degree!!!!
