First time using them. Never have had our AC serviced and it It was great and was able to repair same day. Very professional and helpful! Tyler was great! And I even signed up for the maintenance plan and they will be out to check my water softener as well! Thank you!

We have called Parker & Sons twice recently for separate plumbing issues that happened on the weekend. On both occasions they were able to schedule a same day repair and the plumbers were both quick to diagnose and fix the issue. This most recent time, Charles came by and was an incredibly genuine and good person and clearly a skilled plumber. Could not recommend more, especially with Charles on the job!!

Dave Mounts came out to the house for plumbing maintenance. To keep it simple he was Awesome! He had great recommendations, fast and efficient. Great communication. Will continue to use the house maintenance program with Parker and Sons. If you happen to get Dave for your next service call, you won’t be disappointed!

A technician from Parker and Sons came out this past Monday May 15th to fix my AC that had stopped working. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was absolutely amazing!!!. I would highly recommend Parker and sons as I have already recommended them to my family. I will be recommending them to my friends. I will use Parker and Sons as my regular maintenance company because of the experience I had. Thank you so much!!

I called on a Sunday & Ken showed up the next day around noon. As always, I was pleased to Ken, particularly on his day off. The problem was fixed within an hour to my satisfaction. Kudos. He had a trainee with him, John, who was personable, professional & will be a good fit in the company.

I really appreciated the time Donte took to go through the individual plumbing issues and the options of which ones I wanted to address. Replacing the shower cartridge ended up fixing my water pressure issue in the shower, which was a relief!! And I’m sure to get more mileage out of my water heater after the maintenance (flush) and rejuvenating (replacing a few parts). He was very pleasant, respectful and professional. In the future, I will be requesting him specifically. Thank you!

Excellent service! Jesse was super nice, explained everything in detail and gave us 3 options for repair. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and answered all the questions we had. Super pleased with Parker and Son's will continue to use them!!

There was an emergency water break in our outside hose bib. I called to get a quick emergency plumber and loved that I spoke to a human. She was able to schedule a professional to our property the next morning. The associate Alex called ahead, provided a viable solution and was able to complete the project in a day. I know he worked hard and diligently. I appreciate the work and quick response from Parker & sons.

Both Isaiah and his apprentice James were top notch electricians. They went above and beyond my expectations by explaining all potential risks with my wiring at length, options for repairs and completing the work in a timely manner. I appreciated the numerous walk-thrus to ensure everything was properly completed before they left. Highly recommend Parker and Sons after this experience today. Ask for Isaiah!

Very responsive company, made it convenient to schedule appointment. Was greeted by Alonzo this morning and he is the epitome of professionalism. Explained everything and showed me the issue I was having with my AC unit, fixed it of course and Was charged a very reasonable fee. I am definitely sold 100% on this company based on their people. Highly highly highly recommend, i'm extremely satisfied with their service.
