They do cost more than planned but the service was top notch. Tech came out and explained what he saw thoroughly and answered my questions regarding issues. Went as far as to show before and after photos as well of the work. Feel immediate difference in my home!

Had appointment on Saturday and crew was here first thing Monday morning to do my HVAC and duct. They were very professional and detail oriented, and they left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived! They explained everything clearly and I was able to get everything for zero money down and zero interest for one year. I’m very pleased and will certainly be using Parker and Sons for all my AC and plumbing needs. A++

He came same day I called. He was very nice and polite and checked everything. There wasn’t anything wrong, except at my appliance will need to be replaced. I’ll have to check to see if it’s under warranty before I order it replaced. Very nice young man and likable.

I had a plumbing emergency and called Parker & Son's. The women on the phone was very personable and she got someone dispatched to us very quickly. Our service provider Matthew was quick, professional, and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I would definitely use Parker & Sons again and recommend them to others! Very pleasant and satisfactory experience!

Our new air conditioner decided to weirdly stop working this past weekend, which is never good during the blazing AZ summer. The person answering the call, Travis, was very professional and helpful. The person who came to service our AC unit was also very kind, professional, and timely. We will for sure use Parker & Sons for any future needs!

Jordan did an outstanding job! He was complete, on time and took the time to finish the job. He was not in a hurry as this was our time. Jordan gave us a great education on types of filters and why. He went over the components he was testing and why they are important. In our opinion he went above and beyond his job. He will always request him for our services needs. Thank you Jordan!

I am so upset This company has yet to respond. I used them in the past and not only were their salesmen pushy, they told me how much money it would cost if I didn’t install their most expensive 7000 dollar plus water softener and now that it’s leaking visible water from the valves and it’s 5 hours later and no call. Debbie said they were busy 5 hours ago so after no return call, I called them. She told me that no one could come until tomorrow from 12-4pm. Meanwhile, I have water leaking all over the garage floor. I’ve been mopping it up but I have to work like most people. Who knows what it will be tomorrow 24hrs later. DO NOT use Parker and Sons. They don’t care about me and I’m just a past customer with no way of hustling me on my AC and other plumbing. I had them for months on maintenance. The last guy told me I needed almost 2000 dollars in maintenance. My AC is not that old. He said if I didn’t do what he suggested soon I would be paying big money. Idk about you but $2000. is not maintenance cheaply. It’s been at least 3 years almost and I just had it checked. Running great with 0 dollars in repairs

Denis and James were awesome. They completed an inspection of all the plumbing areas, then provided a report and remedies for areas of concern.
The work was completed in a timely manner. They inspected their work at least three time and made sure I was happy with results. Denis and James left my property cleaner than they found it

Had a problem with a new thermostat install on a Saturday. They had an opening a few hours later. Jordan the tech tried to fix the issue with me over the phone. When that didn’t work he came over. After a bit we solved the problem. It was after 9 pm when he got there but we hammered it out. Great service and nice folks!

My AC went out on a 108 degrees, Sunday afternoon. Parker and Sons replaced the broken part. They responded quickly, were very professional, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.
