Parker & Sons were very thorough in checking my air conditioner for any issues. My unit needed cleaning & our technician took photos & provided options to me. I chose their Captura equipment be added to my 9 year old unit. It guarantees your unit remains clean for 10 years, & the equipment has a lifetime warranty. I liked it could manage the quality of our indoor air, & keep the allergens at a minimum. Our tech was very professional & pleasant. Fernando answered all my questions, & I felt confident about all the information he provided & his recommendations.
This morning my air is running very quiet, & very chilly.🖤 I’m very happy with their service, & I highly recommend them!

We were experiencing water hammer when flushing our toilets. Charles diagnosed that the problem was caused by high water pressure so he installed a water pressure regulator. He also discovered that the handle to the water shutoff was broken off so he replaced it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Service was quick and efficient. We have always been happy with any repairs/installations that Parker has done for us so use them when we have water heating or plumbing problems.

During an (indoors) reconstruction project it was discovered there was a hot water supply line issue in the laundry room. It needed attention ASAP due to time constraints of the rebuild crew currently working the job. Parker & Sons responded to my "SOS Mayday" call and a plumber was on the way very quickly. They even went the extra mile for me by sending (at my request, if he was available) a person with whom I was already familiar. This business offers several different types of Services, and I have used at least 3 different ones over the years. From first contact to job completion they are very professional and I would recommend Parker & Sons to anyone.

What a joke! Went with Parker and sons because I heard they were so great, all awards, customers service. Their work is good when they come. First time, they came out for a repair, on a 3 year old system. Condenser is what was needed. Since the replacement of the condenser, my ac unit pulls so much power the lights dim. Never had that problem before. They signed me up for the $20.00 maintenance programs. Every time I scheduled it was canceled, due to the fact, people are without ac. Understandable, this happened 4 time since I scheduled maintenance. Today, I booked 4 mounts in advance, text verified, no show. WHAT A JOKE $20.00 a month for nothing. Canceled with them, just sucking monthly payments, and found a new company, that is five star and has great customer appreciation. They’re too big and not even professional. What a joke, no Melvin’s, just no one! Stay away!

Called to make an appointment and told them I would be home all day. Whoever answered my call was very kind, and was able to set up an appointment immediately. In fact, they were able to come out the next day which was amazing!

The next day, they called back and left a message saying that I needed to verify someone was home. 20 minutes later I saw I had a missed call, and it was Parker & sons, telling me I needed to verify someone was home. I told them I would be home all day. Lastly, they called me back 40 minutes later and left a message saying that I needed to verify someone was home. When I called back, they told me that the technician had cancelled the appointment due to be unable to confirm if I was home or not.

Overall, the service over the phone was top-notch, but Having to return calls every 30 minutes to ensure I’m home throughout the day isn’t fun. I know next to nothing about HVAC repair, but luckily I knew enough to go with someone else after this incident.

Back to get a fast replacement of my AC .....fast response & great price (made more so by rebate & loan availability)...the install was done next day after choosing the unit. Very efficient install.....while I got my yearly maintenance done on heat pump water heater & also water softener free checkup.
I'll continue to engage with. Parker &Sons just because they are attentive to my schedule and all their teams do their jobs so uncompromisingly expertly.

My AC broke just as summer was heating up. Called Parker & Sons. Tyler Clark came after a long day already and spent 3 hours finding the issue another company couldn’t, showing me pictures, climbing into my attic, explaining costs, then, upon my request, quoted a new system giving me the best price he could. Got my application submitted so install could happen the next morning. He was excellent. The next morning, Noe and Chance were at my house on time and spent all day installing the unit on my roof, doing duct work, getting new breakers put in, putting in a new thermostat. Took pictures. Cleaned up. We’re very nice and professional! Excellent work all around.

AC went out Sunday evening mid June. Called at 2AM and they not only had someone working the phone to take calls, but their scheduler was able to fit me in next day.

Technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix a broken fan and other parts of the circulation and got AC back working same day, and all parts were under warranty so I only paid labor, which was discounted because I already was using Parker and Sons subscription service that provides 2 maintenance days a year for general cleaning.

Cody is an awesome professional! He called when he was 30 minutes out and informed me of his arrival time. He explained everything they were doing in detail with pictures. He got the work done in a timely manner. He ended his visit by sending after pictures and by giving me his business card. Very professional.

As a first time customer, I decided to select Parker & Sons and I'm so glad I did. James was our servicing tech and was very through on everything and explained in detail any questions I had. I understand that cost was mentioned several times in reviews,but it's understandable as it's parts and labor and techs have to get paid a reasonable amount which I fully support. Will use them again in the future! Please thank James again and recognize his hard work,he deserves it!
