My old A/C unit finally went out and in desperate need of a new unit. I first met with Javier and he met with me within the first hour of placing the call. He took the time to explain and show me pictures of what was wrong. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase. I immediately cancelled the other guys that was suppose to give me a quote. The very next day Ryan and Nate came and were very professional and showed me how to work the new unit. Javier called me later in the day to see how we were doing. I am so happy the new member of the family is sitting pretty. I will highly recommend ACE to all my friends and family!

Ace Home Services provided excellent service from the time I made the call, until my A/C was repaired. The customer service rep who established a service ticket was very nice and did a good job listening. She even asked if I was a veteran so she could provide me a
veteran’s discount which was greatly appreciated. After the service ticket was set up I received a call explaining my technician was on they way as well as a text message. When my technician, Jamie, showed up he was dressed professional and did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He explained everything with pictures. Again, the service from beginning to end was top notch. This is my new Heating/AC/pluming company. I am thoroughly impressed. Please give them a try.

Scheduled my annual maintenance and was seen within a couple of days. I have 2 units, one 1 year old and another 10 years old. The two technicians were prompt, professional and explained everything that they were doing and when it came time to recommend services on my 10 year old unit, told me what should be done in order of importance of keeping unit in good running condition. There was no pressure to get it done, but I went ahead and asked if they had the parts with them so they could just do it while here. 100 percent would recommend Aubrey and his partner as techs. They left and I was extremely satisfied.

My star rating is only in relation to my tech, not the company. read the yelp reviews regarding how much this company charges. I do think that ACE charges a lot of parts and labor. I only needed to change my capacitor and it cost me $340.30. I asked my tech if this is a “high quality capacitor” and he said they are all the same. I am grateful for his honesty. Please do yourself a favor and find another AC repair place that charges less to replace it. I would rate ACE 3.5 stars.

As a tech, Stuart Myer is straightforward, clear, professional, and nice. He noticed that a cord was exposed and put some electrical tape as he was concerned about safety. I appreciate that. He did not push me into buying anything other than what I needed to. He deserves 5 stars.

Ryan showed up with a huge smile on his face ready to work on a 114 degree AZ holiday weekend! With a party of over 40 people at our house, I tried to get him to eat or have a drink but he declined, working quickly and efficiently to get us up and running in just a few hours! What a great, happy, hard working guy and an awesome company giving us a friends and family discount because my BF knows someone at the company!!! I’m recommending this AC Company to everyone!!! (40 people at the party already know who you are!!) thanks again!!!

Tyree was the plumber Ace Home Services sent to change out my 50 gallon water heater, and circulating pump. This was a rather complex exchange due to the way the previous plumbing had been installed.

Tyree was very polite and not pushy. I think he did a great job and everything is working fine. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Eddy, Zack and Hayden came out to do my New AC install and they couldn’t be more awesome! Very professional and patient in explaining the details to me. I was very impressed! Also came up the stairs to see Mr Hayden vacuuming. What a top notch service and company! Will definitely recommend ACE heating and cooling 😎 Thanks Guys for hooking up our bran new AC unit right before Summer hits!

The technician Anthony was great. Very friendly and polite. He also checked the PSI within the water line which he did not have to do, this young man went out of his way to do a great job. I have nothing bad to say about ACE

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They showed up on time and their work was very fast and clean. They made sure I understood how to work the new ac unit before they left and answered all my questions. Definitely using them for all my maintenance updates.

The whole team was very knowledgeable. They all were professional, efficient, and took my families well being first. Jorge was the one I usually checked in with and was always there when we needed him with any questions. There was two David’s, Cristobal, Chris, Angel, Saja, and I can’t remember the rest of the teams names. They all were great! I really appreciate all you did for repairing this huge job in such a short time.
