Skyler arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately took care of business. He was up on the roof in a matter of minutes and diagnosed the issue quickly, but took pictures and walked through the issue with us, letting us ask questions and offering thoughtful responses. There is a difference between honest workers and slackers. Yesterday I had a delivery for a refrigerator and the delivery men mistakenly told me that my water valve needs to be replaced. Reached out to ACE for a plumber to take a look at it.

Buddy, with ACE, came early the next morning to diagnose an issue. He took the time to look at my new fridge, the “faulty” valve and even speaking with the delivery representative (on my phone) about the issues. There was none! A simple turn of a level and effort is all that was needed on the delivery.

It has been a long time since I have met a gentleman like Jorge in this type of business . Kind respectful very informative. It will feel very good to refer your company to people. This was not a cheap fix. I really felt he was honest with me the entire process. I was shocked he did the job in one day ! I found him in my kitchen mopping all the dust from my flooring. At that point I had to send him home. Over and above !

Chris C. did a fantastic job bringing our 2-zone mini-split system up to speed yesterday up here in Flagstaff! He was very communicative prior to arrival, and once onsite he was very professional and friendly. We had a 'non-standard' issue with our system and Chris rose to the challenge and took care of it in a timely manner. I found Chris to be very thorough and detail oriented, and he didn't mind explaining HVAC concepts to me while he pulled vacuum on our system. I would highly recommend using ACE, and especially Chris C.; they will be my first call for future maintenance needs with our mini-split system!

Would love to have used their service, but the install was not feasible to the situation available. Tim was very honest and did not want to provide me with a unit I would not be happy with. Josh was very knowledgeable about what he was doing when it came to checking out my new AC unit but my AC was working fine and he felt it was something else such as my air duck return. After it was confirmed that was the problem he kept me posted answering many questions over a number of days until job was completed. He was the best. I have worked with this company for a number of different problems I have had over the last few months and will continue to do so.

Ace called to give me a heads-up that our HVAC technician was on his way, along with a text showing his company photo ID so I knew who to look for. Marcus was professional and courteous, and didn’t seem to mind answering all my questions. He took several readings from both the indoor and outdoor A/C units and compared them to factory specs to see if any adjustments were necessary, and based on the numbers, recommended I bump up the fan speed to reduce the risk of ice on the coils. Also, I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of the service. I expected to pay twice as much, but didn’t have to!
