Stuart has been our rep for 7 years. Always does a great job handling whatever maintenance is needed. Had another rep come out once to work on the AC. Problem wasn't fixed. Stuart came out and had it back up and running.

This was my first time using ACE Home Service and I must say I received exceptional service! Tyree was an absolute pleasure! He was patient and very professional. I literally didn’t even know where my water heater was. He was very patient while helping me locate it and explained what happened and why it need to be replaced! He then explained what my options were and gave much needed recommendations. He really made the experience effortless!

I worked for a competitor. A small family owned company who promoted the we take care of our own culture. That was not the case. My employee discount left me paying the same as other customers, so I had ACE come out give us a quote and they blew me away. Beat the competitors price, included duct cleaning and IAQ uv lights. Diego and his helper were super fast and efficient. So fast and efficient my house never got hot and everything is working perfectly! Very little clean up from all services. I am extremely happy with the service and the measures our sales guy (Adam? I’m horrible with names) took to make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything! It helps that they are Vet ran. Need an AC call Ace hands down!

Tyler was outstanding, honest, and transparent in his discussion with me regarding my issue with my hot water heater. I will refer him to everyone I know and is highly recommended! Thank you Tyler it's hard to find trustworthy people these days.

AC was blowing warm and looked on my roof and the top fan wasn't blowing. I got a quote and diagnosis and was told it needed some new wiring and a new coil.The quote was for $6200. I can buy a brand new unit for less than what they're charging to repair it. I had reliance come look at it and they said that there was no way the guy could have even diagnosed it without fixing the part that was fried. It was $285 to fix and he didn't need to diagnose it after that because it fixed the problem. I suffered for no reason because Ace is a bunch of crooks that are trying to screw people instead of being honest.

Javier Cruz, the technician who came to my rescue after the thermostat failed and the house was at 85 degrees in triple digit weather, was amazing!! I lost count of the number of times he climbed onto the roof as he was troubleshooting the issue, and he did that with such a pleasant attitude!!

He saved the day!! I can’t thank him and Ace Home Services enough for the fabulous work done.
