We had a leak in our water heater. Ace home service was the only one that would come out same day. Only issue we had was they picked up an electric water heater and not gas. Delayed install about an hour or so. Tyree was a very nice young man’s and very professional.

My insurance wouldn't pay unless Ace provides an itemized invoice...
I called for days and days and was finally told they won't work with insurances.
I was told different things each time I called. First I was told it would be sent, I was told it would be sent by the billing department, I was told a supervisor would call me. Never did. I can't get my insurance to pay because I can't get a simple itemized invoice.

I was very disappointed to have the plumber show up and tell me I need to run a rotating device when I told you specifically that all we need is a rotating device. I think your web site is very confusing but I don’t think I am responsible for refusing to pay someone to echo what I thought I needed and 300 dollars is a ridiculously over the top quote. You seemed to understand my position and understanding of what the web site stated. After discussion with manager I am convinced the company will be willing to help customer understand and communicate with pricing that is competitive with other companies.

My technician Felix was honest and very thorough? And explained everything to me so that I could understand! I would certainly recommend him and and this company I am completely happy and satisfied!!

Charlie came over and was very friendly and professional and sold us on a new AC unit. He explained everything and was very thorough and kind. The guys were here the very next day installing it and did an excellent job and Charlie came by again to make sure we were happy with it. I would highly recommend ACE!!

Very professional and timely response when urgently needed. All repairs were done quickly and at a very rationale price. Will definitely recommend to others.

I would not use this business if installing your a/c unit. Ours went out, they were the first place we called, they came out, we bought a unit from them, and the next day it was installed. Wiring was not done correctly and the unit ran none stop. For two days we were given the run around for someone to come out and fix it. On the third day the manager called us to apologize and said as an apology they would fix it as well as send someone out to clean the ducts. A tech finally did come out to fix the constant running but no one came to clean the ducts out as promised by the manager. For being a first time customer with them and now having an a/c unit from them I do not recommend.

Tyree Wiley did a great job, repairing our main water valve and the under sink valve. His very professional and explained everything that need to be done.
If I ever needed a plumber again I will prefer to have him do the work.
I highly recommend Tyree Wiley as your plumber.
