It is not fun coming home after a long day to a hot house. The AC was running, but was blowing warm air. I contacted Stuart and he was at my house within 45 minutes and our AC was fixed within minutes. It is such a great feeling knowing you can rely on an honest person that provides great customer service. Thank you so much Stuart!

Javier was awesome. It was a little bit of a tricky situation and was a process of elimination but Javier found the issue and was great. Only giving 4 stars because I wish they would have given me the hourly rate on the phone instead of giving me the assumption that the diagnostic fee would cover how ever long it took to diagnose. That was not the case.

Manny, from Ace Home Services, came quickly after contacting the company. He quickly diagnosed our plumbing problem, provided us with an accurate quote for the work, and completed the job to our satisfaction. We would use again in the future!

Paid $60 to be told it would cost $9,000 to repair AC that was not quite 10 years old. Said warranty didn’t apply because I didn’t have unit professionally serviced twice a year. Obviously just wanted to sell me a new unit at an outrageous price. I called a legitimate AC repair shop. They showed up promptly and fixed the unit at a reasonable price. Will never call ACE again.

Hugo and Juan came for a service request from me today. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Also I felt very at ease while they were here working in my home. I highly recommend Ace Home Services and especially Hugo and Juan. When they were finished Hugo asked if there was anything else he could help me with or if I had any questions.
