Ace home service made the time to come last minute on a holiday to diagnose my ac problems. The tech was very communicative, friendly and understanding of the situation. Gave us all possible options to get our AC fixed without feeling pressured.

ACE home service is just scammer!, I asked them to recharge Freon- but a service man tried to make me to pay $2000 or more to repair since I am Asian. He did not do any thing but sales and charged me $59. I asked service to Day&Night air condition service, Day&Night did it for me and changed all filters less than $400 for this aged man. I do not know why many people recommended this company?

Our plumber Buddy Stotts arrived promptly and after surveying our situation came up with a great plan for repairing our irrigation system. His courtesy, efficiency, and technical expertise quickly resolved our problem. Thanks Buddy! Job very well done!!

Ryan was awesome he was able to help me finish installing my mini split and vacuum test, within hours of a same-day service request. The unit is now blowing nice and cold.

He quickly took care the clogged toilet, in addition to giving us valuable information to avoid further problems. He was very professional, personable and respectful. Had trouble with my AC unit, Eduardo Bautista was my technician. He was very thorough and patient, took the time to explain the problems with my unit and to explore all my options. I took his recommendations and am on track to fixing my AC. Thank you for your help and for your excellent customer service!

Our tech, Skylar, was very professional and polite. He was communicative and prompt before arrival and during the appointment. I appreciated his transparency but also his integrity. He made it clear that he would do what he could to help us (selling home, AC needed repair/maintenance to meet buyer/warranty co. standard) but he also proactively said he would not lie or mislead on the report. At least with me, I had no intention of asking him to do that, but was still happy to hear that he wouldn’t compromise his integrity for more business or any reason. We’re moving so won’t be around to use them again but would highly recommend them to anyone in AZ! They obviously proved they work above board and can be trusted. Great experience!
