My Ac went out in my home the night before so i called Ace home service. The very next day they sent out a technician named Jaime. He was very professional and addressed all my issues and had the answers to my questions. He advised me of all my options to help repair my unit. It was an awesome experience and i will definitely be using Ace home services for future repairs. Thanks again Jaime for your hard work and taking your time to do a great job.

Stuart Myers came in clutch when our AC unit acted up end of June. Not as hot as it’s going to be in AZ by any means but for this pregnant chic, it’s hot enough to be without AC. He had to come out after hours and replace a capacitor. I knew it wasn’t going to be a cheap date. However, it was actually really reasonable and exceeded my expectations, so I had him replace it, which only took minutes. I’m very pleased with how things turned out and have to admit that I was quite skeptical in the beginning because of the other bad reviews I had read about the tech and company but chose not to listen to those since there’s always someone with a bad thing to say. So anyway, I would recommend Ace because at the very least you can just choose not to get the repair but at least hear what they have to say. Very professional and I would definitely call them again. Mitchel was great! So many great things to say. Same day service!!!! We had a water leak in our bathroom….. which was still leaking after we shut off the main water source. He showed up on time, within in 40 minutes of our first call, and saved the day!!!! Very friendly, down to earth and professional. He didn’t take advantage of us not knowing much about plumbing. I feel like other people would’ve made our plumbing issue into a bigger mess than what it was. Very honest guy!!! And I feel it was a reasonable charge for the work. Thank you so much for saving us!!!

What can I say, this company is A+. My AC unit decided not to cool my house down one night in the middle of summer. I called ACE they were here promptly the next morning. Mark and Jose are very professional. Mark went onto my roof and told me the problem and within minutes had me up and running with cooling my house back down! I will definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future

Richard and Gabe were really good plumbing technicians. They came early and resolved the broken tankless water heater. They were professional and quick. They worked with my warranty and made everything hassle-free. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Robert, my service technician was great. He explained how everything works…very efficient and courteous. Left my sink area clean. He will be our go to technician from now on. Installed kitchen faucet, water reverse osmosis system, garbage disposal . Thank you very much !

Can I give more than 5 stars?? SO happy with the service we received from ACE. Robert Hill was awesome!
Our water heater started leaking and it was leaking into the adjacent room and the carpet was starting to soak. Called ACE and they had someone here in about an hour. Robert came and assessed the situation and gave me options and explained everything to me. It was a very overwhelming and intimidating situation but Robert made it a smooth process. He came back first thing the next morning and installed the new water heater. We are so happy with the service we received and we could only hope every place did service this well. Thank you guys so much!

I had two separate appointments for my new HVAC install. The original team was Adriel and Anthony. Both were very courteous and did a great job. I really appreciated the text message before they arrived that showed their picture.
The second visit was Thomas. Again, very courteous and a hard worker. Everybody took the time to communicate with me about progress, etc. I highly recommend these guys!

These gentlemen were a true pleasure to work with! They did the job correctly and used their time efficiently. They answered all my questions and continued to remind me it wasn't just about the installation but they were just a call away anytime I had more or needed any help. They work site was clean and debris removed when they finished. I cannot say enough about the quality of our interaction. Best of all. . . .they were human and had personalities!! ACE is lucky to have this caliber of people on their team!!
