I engaged Day and Night Plumbing to fix a leak and replace some valves as a short term solution. Because they acted so quickly they were able to get parts and schedule a water heater replacement, full tub and shower replacement, and installation of a water softener system within 1 week of their first visit to accommodate my schedule. In addition to their prompt service I highly recommend Troy M and his team Paul, Eric and Anthony for the following reasons-
They kept their commitments, arriving every day as planned. The scope and final cost of my multiple projects was as originally estimated. I was kept apprised of progress including availability of parts, of necessary steps to access pipes, of cheaper alternatives to my choices, without me having to ask. The team was professional and cleaned up after work was done for the day. They showed me what was accomplished at the end of each day and warned me what to expect the next day. Troy M, the project lead, was working or supervising the work and even provided his mobile number in case I had any questions or concerns while the team was off site and responded promptly to messages. I plan to use Day and Night Plumbing for future remodeling projects.

My AC was out yesterday. The temperature was 112-113 outside. It was so hot inside my house even with 3 fans on. I had to sleep at my friend’s house. Home Shields Ins Company can’t find a technician to fix my AC. I called Day and Night around 7:45am today. They got the technician came at around 10:45am. Travis, the technician, is so professional and respectful. He wore shoe covers before I asked him to. He was so patient checking everything. He even took time to talk to my Ins. Company to get approval for the service. I give Travis a five stars for his performance today. Thanks Day and Night for your quick response. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Andrew and Mike installed a whole house carbon water filtration system for us; from arriving first thing in the morning to assess our needs and make a proposal to completing the installation, they were done in one day! Andrew and Myke were able to accomplish this because they are professionals who are completely supported by the Day & Night organization. We have used Day and Night before, they replaced two AC units in our home about 6 years ago. We were pleased with the outcome. About three weeks ago the AC unit on our business started having issues. Called Day and Night again because of prior experience. Eddie came out the day after we requested a diagnosis. He was very thorough. Took his time up in the roof. He then presented us with his findings. It was in its last legs. Eddie presented us photos and great detail. We then requested a sales person to come out. Steve was here the following Monday. Again he spent a good amount of time looking at the situation and gave us two options. We decided to have the unit replaced. Steve was able to schedule install for that Friday. The unit finally died on Wednesday. We were given a timeline for the Friday install and it went flawlessly. Everyone was here on time! Efrain and Luis installed the unit and had it functioning by 2pm. They were so neat and tidy! As a business owner I understand staffing issues we deal with in this era. Day and Night has it figured out! Eddie, Steve, Efrain and Luis should be congratulated for exemplary service. I was never pressured into anything. I love this company from the beginning of the process until the end. I am an agent buying a home and I needed a plumber to come out to inspect and quote up some things at the home. I was calling around and out of the few that I called, this company was the only one who answered and got me an appointment all in one sitting. The plumber's name was Andy and he was on time and was very professional. He walked me through what they were going to do BEFORE they even did it and he made the steps/process easy to understand. He wasn't pushy which made me so happy. I am a Real estate agent and I'll definitely be using this company for my future clients and I'll be recommending them to family and friends. I will be requesting Andy every time as well.

After working with many A/C repair companies in my lifetime, I very quickly realized this was the very best company I have ever worked with. The estimates and invoices were very detailed and thoroughly explained, many pictures and videos. This is very important so as no confusion before or after repairs or maintenance is performed. Very professional all around. Very fair prices and absolutely no upselling or encouraging you to have work done that is unnecessary. I am thrilled to finally find a trustworthy company so that I don’t have to struggle sorting through hundreds of reviews that all contradict each other and leave you even more confused. This company deserves recognition for being so very loyal to their customers and having the utmost ethical way of doing business. Many other things I liked as well, but too long to mention them all.
