The repairman called ahead and confirmed his arrival. He was polite and thorough about both inside and outside work. He took time to explain the situation and answered my few questions.

I am amazed with the service and value that I’ve received from Day& Night! I’m a very happy customer.
First, I scheduled for a few days ahead of time to make arrangements at work to allow me to be home. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. Their service tech was on time and very knowledgeable.
Second, not only did we take care of the reasons I called, but also set up a schedule for future maintenance and suggested upgrades. These issues had been on my mind and I was glad to get them resolved.
If you need AC/Heating work, give Day and Night a call. A very good choice.

Kyler visited 3 weeks ago to explain my options for a whole house filtration system. With his guidance, I selected the CorePro 2000. Kyler returned the following week to install the system and WOW !, what a difference. Upon completion of the job, I asked him to check my water heater install date and condition. After determining it was 10 years old, I asked him to explain my options, and made my choice. He returned this week to do the install. This guy has got to be the most knowledgeable plumber I've had in 50 years. He works very conscientiously, and double checks every step along the way.
I've used Day and Night for every system in my house now, I'm never disappointed. Always top notch, professional work.

Our technician was Greg. He was very professional and very thorough in his report after he finished his inspection of our system. We were very impressed with him and the service and dependability of Day and Night A/C. We will definitely call them again.

Great company with really good communication. The service technician was Jaz M. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He spent over two hours conducting seasonal preventative maintenance. He was obviously very well trained and takes pride in the job he is doing and the company he represents. Five stars for both Jaz and Day & Night. I’ll definitely be using them moving forward. Contacted D&N for repair to my water softener. My CS Rep, Vikki was patient and helpful and quickly got me scheduled. Jason, my Service Tech and his Training manager Mychael, arrived later than expected, but I was kept informed. They were polite and friendly and explained everything as they worked. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and get my system running properly!

My water heater died and they got one up and running one day after I called them! I also asked a bunch of questions and they were answered quickly and honestly. Super fast, friendly and very easy to work with.
