Yes I always get excellent service from day and night have used them for a couple of years, friendly professional and very honest. Eddie is the one that's been coming out he is awesome, this time I had Nick B. He also is awesome. Whenever I have called which is seldom and I speak with one of the girls they also are wonderful so willing to help with whatever my needs are. I finally found an honest company.

First time using Day&Night - really impressed with the service, from the person answering the phone to the technician who came to our home (Jaz). I felt like Jaz did a very thorough job on the preventative maintenance and didn’t feel like he was trying to rush to get on to the next job. He explained things he found thoroughly and didn’t engage in any high pressure sales pitches. I would highly recommend this company to others.

The person that did the inspection was outstanding, I didn’t want him to leave. The sales rep was very good also, made options easy to understand without any pressure, and was great to talk with. The installers were were very well training and did the best Job I have had anybody do in my house! We scheduled a semi-annual maintenance appointment for 8 - 9 am. Timothy K. was the technician who arrived right on time. He completely explained what he would be doing and got right to work. It was obvious that he was focused on doing the job correctly, and not just getting done fast. After he finished, Tim provided a very good explanation of what he found and appropriate recomendations. I purchased my present package heatpump from Day & Night and plan on buying the next one from them.

Cody did a great job replacing a section of our sewer line. He was friendly yet professional, through, and clearly communicated as each milestone of the project was completed. As a Realtor, I've worked with dozens of plumbing companies. When my friends and clients ask me who I recommend, it's always Day & Night.

Had a condenser stop working the day before I left for a week long trip, so a little stressful.

Day and Night came out and promptly diagnosed and fixed it right up. Sako was excellent, and answered a bunch of other related questions I had while he explained what he was fixing and why.
