I contacted Day & Night to give me a quote to repair my 7 year old AC unit (just happens to be a Day&Night unit). Another company had provided me a quote, but I was weary as they listed all these items that needed to be replaced (thermostat, capacitor, compressor, recharge for $2300, that is mostly labor as the parts have a warranty) and it didn’t make any sense.
The technician from Day & Night, Greg, was awesome. He took the time to diagnose and explain to me as I hovered around him and came to the conclusion that the main board was bad. Thanks Day & Night!

I woke up on a Friday morning, unable to flush my toilets because my septic tank was full. After having it pumped, the toilets still were not working so I called Day And Night to have them clear the main line. Initially, they didn’t have any availability until Sunday afternoon. My husband and I were about to go out of town for the weekend and I really needed it done that day. Chantelle rearranged the schedule and had a technician out within a few hours. I was so relieved! It’s always a pleasure dealing with her, she’s so professional and kind and remembers who I am every time I talk to her. Day and Night is very lucky to have her!

Have used Day&Night for several years now. Kevin Osborne came out today to do the yearly plumbing inspection. He also replaced a hose bib that was malfunctioning. He answered all questions and explained how the water heater functions and how the anode rod works, something that no one has done before. Will definitely ask for Kevin again for plumbing maintenance.

Matt K called to advise his arrival time and was very professional and did a great job communicating what needed to be done and what he did. The videos and pictures of his work he shared were much appreciated.
