Gary Garcia explained in detail as well as with pictures what needed to be repaired on my AC system. He made me feel comfortable in making my decision on the service that needed to be done.
He was very kind and informative. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Day and Night has a great staff.

I was blown away by the amazing service provided by our Day & Night install crew. They were so professional, very skilled, efficient, and polite. I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take. The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but George's work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc. It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in install...well...I have a whole different reason to adore this company! It was a complete pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Rickey is THE BEST. He has been taking care of my HVAC since it was first installed and it has been running absolutely maintenance perfect ever since and it is about 10 years old. Not only is he amazing but the whole team and staff at Day & Night have been a wonderful company and will continue to use them and I highly recommend them.

Andrew K came out for our annual plumbing check. He was thorough and explained options to me and did not pressure me to agree to anything more than what I requested. I appreciate not being pressured into anything. He clears three drains for us and flushed our water heater.

A friend referred me to Day and Night for a new AC unit in 2017 and I have used this company ever since with great service and satisfaction.

Prior to purchasing an air conditioner from Day & Night, a technician named Keven came out to assess the quality of our unit and what repairs it needed. He was extremely thorough, detailed, communicative, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything pertaining to our unit (good and bad) and provided us with the information required to make a difficult decision much easier. He is the reason we decided to purchase from Day & Night.

In terms of the installation, the team was professional, hard-working, neat and clean, and paid good attention to detail. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Steven came to maintenance my HVAC system as we were getting ready to sell our house and he went above and beyond. He made sure everything was taken care of and running nicely for the new owners and I cannot wait to have him come to my new house!
