This company was AWESOME! I spoke with Erin on the phone, she was so sweet and answered my questions. She also got me scheduled quickly within a day and time that worked for me. Definitely great to have customer service like hers on the phone in todays world. THEN we met with Greg a couple days later who was super polite and helpful. He walked us through everything extensively and answered all our questions as well. We definitely want him for any future service. The customer service on these 2 SPEAKS for the whole company. They made the idea of needing a new system a lot more bearable. Thank you thank you for this service and give these 2 a raise!!

Mike and George did a great job installing my new ac unit. They were quick and clean. I even asked George if he could do me a favor while he was in my attic and he was very accommodating with my request.

Dan Medina came and did a great job checking out our system. Provided us with pictures of all parts of our unit. Made some suggestions Great customer service

I wish I could give these guys 10 STARS!!! They came with booties, professionalism, expertise, and a tarp to protect my floor! I had a new AC unit installed and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! My condo is on the second floor and the heat was brutal. They never once complained. This level of service is rare these days.

Anthony, our technician, was polite, courteous, and professional. He ran into a couple of issues during the repair that kept him here for several hours. He kept calm and patient during the process as I checked on him. He was thorough and showed us everything he did for the repairs.

Andy came out and did a few things. He fix our drain box for our outside sink is what stood out to me. Atta boy Andy. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I would recommend Andy @ Day & Night A/C, Heating, and Plumbing for there AC, heating, and plumbing needs!

Shaun was professional, friendly and understanding. He patiently explained our options and the cost. He is a great representative of the company. I would give more than 5 stars, we will be requesting him for future repairs.

Everyone we dealt with from the company was extremely professional and friendly, and appointments were kept on time. Technician wasn't satisfied with initial install as it slightly overhung the roofline, so they came back out on a Saturday with a different stand for the AC install. This required additional crane service, at no extra charge to us.

Sako, our a/c tech, was great as always! He takes the time to explain everything, answering any questions we have. Thanks especially to him and others in the company, we have used day&night for several years, and will continue to do so...
