Tim Kendrick was my technician today and he did a great job with my AC tune up and found a couple issues with one of our older units that he was able to take care of on the same day. He didn’t pressure me or try and pull one over to make a sale which was nice. Tim was hardworking, diligent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He is the main reason I decided to give my business to Day and Night today. All in all though a great company that’s easy to work with and helpful. A little on the pricey side but it’s worth it and as the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Jaz the service technician did a great job cleaning my AC system. He is very nice and courteous and professional and made me feel like a valuable customer. He is a great asset to your company. Thank you very much!

We have used Day & Night many times through the years. They have installed 2 new air conditioners and serviced them many times. They have also done a lot of plumbing work for us. We have always been satisfied with their work. Last week we turned our AC on for the first time and one of the units did not work. Junior came and diagnosed the problem and quickly got it working. He has been to our house before and has always done a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Joshua was outstanding! He was prompt, extremely professional, explained everything before doing the work, while doing the work and after. He went over all my options in great detail. I understood exactly which options met or exceeded my needs best. He also made it clear, so I could figure out which items I could save money on and which it was worth spending a little extra on! He left my home clean and looking better than what it did before the work!

I had Day & Night come out to looking at a pressure regulator issue and to do an overall plumbing inspection. Andy arrived on time and clearly explained what he was going to look for and evaluate. Andy did a great good of diagnosing a few issue that will require attention. He did not do any repairs on this visit as I was on a bit of a time constraint. I highly recommend Day & Night, especially Andy.

We were staying in a rental. It was when we first arrived after being up and traveling over 2000 miles. The bathtub handle broke and the water would not shut off. We could not get any satisfaction through the rental agency so we had water running full blast for over 12 hours. Cody came after my husband finally spoke with Greg, the maintenance man for the rental facility. Cody arrived early, spent over 4 hours here ON A SUNDAY, was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and an nice young man.

I had a brand new AC/Heat unit installed today by Day & Night, a Trane unit. The techs left less than 4 hours ago. The brand new thermostat stopped working at some point in those last 4 hours. I called their 24 hour line and spoke with their online chat support. They will not send someone out to fix the unit tonight it is 90 degrees in my house and 95 degrees outside. I spent over $17K on a new unit today. I have checked the breakers and GFIs. Everything else in my house is working. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced on a big ticket item. I am sincerely disappointed and appalled that a company called Day & Night doesn't have anyone they can send out in the night, especially for the amount of money I spent with them on a brand new system today. I will revise this review if they get someone out here tonight, though it does not sound promising.

Highly recommend! We had no hot water and in a newer home; so quite frustrated as the builder warranty was expired of course. We remembered we had a VIP contract with Day and Night and they were the first company we called. A very honest and professional technician arrived. He was able to get the part covered under the manufacturers warrant which was great!! Definitely ask for Paul at Day and Night if you’re need of a plumbing expert in the east valley.

Nothing but the highest things to say about this company Day & Night was a pleasure to work with. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable and do a great job of finding the problem. I chose to do a full system replacement because of the problem I was having with my current unit. Within a couple days they had a team out here to replace the system. After about 8 hours everything was done and I could not be more happy with the quality of the install. Great company. Will be using them again in the future.

The technician was very knowledgeable on the A/C system and identified a major issue present since installation. We hope to set up an appointment quickly as the summer is nearly upon us in Arizona. Jonathan provided a detailed summary of optional services we could perform in the future to increase the unit efficiency. He was thorough and cleaned up after all work was completed.
