Anthony's Plumbing has been my exclusive go-to plumber since purchasing my vintage [1976] home six years ago. One can imagine my apprehension when I learned they had joined forces with Day & Night. However, much to my delight and surprise, I opened the door to see Anthony of Anthony's Plumbing(!) smiling and eager to check the plumbing issues in my home. I took advantage of the free plumbing inspection that comes with the VIP Club membership. Kyler was the plumber. First of all he was on time - almost to the minute. He took his time to do a thorough inspection and we discussed some issues that I was having with my kitchen and shower faucets: difficult to turn the faucets on and poor water pressure. He recommended new fixtures, but there was no pressure to purchase them. I decided to get new faucets and they now turn easily and best of all the water pressure is really high. Office staff were a pleasure to work with as well. I’d trust Kyler to perform any plumbing work I might need in the future.

Today Paul gave me n Manny a estimate on a new water heater and did a plumbing inspection he answered our questions friendly and professional great respectable person and he gave us info on financing bt we been with Day n Night Service for over 15 yrs or more I remember our AC went out on us on a Saturday n middle of summer we called Day n Night they were here to do the service that was needed and it didn't take long to solve the problem and the bill was only 75 dollars and that was a great price I have recommended Day n Night to Family , friends n Neighbors and today they choose Day n Night for their plumbing and AC service great job Day N Night

Paul is freaking amazing. Installed parts that I needed replaced. He was friendly and helpful. OMG he GSD real quick! Day & Night you have my business going forward because of the amazing customer service of Paul. Give that man a raise. He should be training your new guys how to act when working with a customer. Yeah he is that good.

A few hiccups along the way with my recent service call. However in the end the manager made things right!!! Firstly they screwed up the original appointment thinking it was just a general service call. I had explained to 3 customer service reps It was a repair and replacement of a condenser motor (still under warranty) from the original visit back in November 2022. Ten days later a parts manager rescheduled the appointment for yesterday once they confirmed they had the replacement part. However the biggest surprise was that the original estimate from November now had increased by almost $200 for the labor. The technician claimed it was due to inflation. Nobody discussed with me the new price even after speaking to 4 different staff at this company. The following day a manager of the company contacted me and honored the original estimate since nobody had discussed the new price change with me before any work had been started. In the end, they made me a happy customer by being an ethical, & honest company!!!

I have found that they always show up on time are considerate about shoe covers discuss the situation at hand, including cost. They listen to our needs, and I have never had them not fix correctly what I have needed. Each tech is very responsive, professional, and helpful.
