Our air conditioner broke and we scheduled a technician to come to our house between 2-6 pm. We never heard from them between that time period and when we called to confirm if they were still coming, we were given the run around from 3 different people. Needless to say, we never heard from a technician and nobody ever came. Being busy is understandable but poor communication is not. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by such a reputable company. We were able to find 2 different companies that provided us common courtesy and at minimum gave us an update if they were running behind. I would not recommend this company based on their poor communication and customer service. They also wanted us to pay for a warranty before ever coming to assess our air conditioner unit-red flag!

Thanks for fixing the AC on the hottest day of the year so far. I understand the capacitor outside swelled and broke and there was a slight leak at the cap out on that unit as well. Glad Nicholas and Riccardo knew what to do quickly and effectively. Thanks again. I have a annual service contract now too. Price for capacitor was WAY inflated I am looking for a call back to explain why!

Great response time. Julian is a great technician. I needed my filters changed on my reverse osmosis system. Julian was here in 30 minutes, did the exchange, tested my faucets for hardness (we were good) and was out in 30 minutes. Great tech. He is professional, educated on all our systems, friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had. Thank You Julian and Parker and Sons.

Outstanding work to replace a water line. Not only was the work done promptly, the technician took great care in make sure the yard was cleaned and back in the condition it was before. He was also very clear in providing all the options in treating the problem.

I like I can call any time of day or night if I have a problem. They are very knowledgeable. Our AC went out in night in summertime. They were out early next am. and we had new unit installed within a day. Very courteous and answered all our questions. Five star in my book.

We have not had our generator installed yet....but just met with Charlie and determined what we needed for our home. He was such a delight to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, listened to our needs, easy to communicate with, professional and just a wonderful person to work with in getting us set up with a whole house generator. Thank you Charlie! For helping us get the generator setup in process....and for being a new friend! What a different and wonderful world it would be if there were more people like you caring for people like us when needs arise. Can't wait to get our generator installed!

I had Parker and Son's put in a new air conditioning unit. I was unable to be at my residence,but my son was there keeping me informed. My neighbor came down being a bit aggressive with the techs verbally... My son told me about it and I got on the phone right away to let my neighbor know, we owners have the right to have workers park at our residence. They were very hard working men that took care of me totally. I give them praises. Thank you for taking good care of my home. 😍

Julian Z. Our service technician was professional & empathetic to our need to keep cost down. He explained all the cost up front and what we could do to save money. He was polite, considerate and is a true reflection of Parker & Sons. He installed our water heater & educated us on how to care for it & what to look for if any issues were to arise. This was our second service call with P&S and we have never experienced a bad service call. From the people setting up the appointments to the final service, we received nothing but kindness. In researching potential companies to address our shower and electrical issues we were impressed with range of services Parker and Sons offered AND the very high number of positive customer comments. After using Parker and Sons today, I can see why they had such a large number of positive comments. The plumbing and electrical technicians gave us multiple quotes along with a range of solutions to choose from. They also completed both jobs the same day and did an excellent job in both cases. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them!
