Parker & Sons is an amazing company. The technicians are professional, respectful of your home, and won’t leave until it’s right. Tyler and Freddie were awesome technicians who seemed like experts at putting our chandelier, pendant lights, and coach lights outside. We mistakenly believed we could do this ourselves but seeing how hard the Parker and Sons technicians worked to make it perfect and left no stone unturned we will be repeat customers. The price that they charged was worth every penny knowing that my lighting fixtures were installed perfectly! 10/10!

I had electric and plumbing done. Sam the electrian installed 2 much needed outlets and replaced outdoor lights. Lance the plumber replaced all 3 bathroom fixtures. Both Sam and Lance professional and great with animals. Went over options to meet my needs and the price and time of projects. All projects done in a timely manner, clean, and done to specs. Future work I will use Sam and Lance expertise and knowledge. Thanks for a great experience.

Copper compression fittings are said not to be as visually appealing as sweat soldering fittings. I would have to agree with this assessment. Compression fittings on the bottom outside.out of sight are not the issue, it's the fittings at the top that you see everyday. Caulking versus mud to fill pipe hole in the ceiling drywall? Try not to make the holes that big to begin with. I would just prefer a smaller hole with dry wall mud. If a fire barrier in the garage is important then mud will win out over silicone caulking. Making a smaller hole for PEX and copper might slow down the job a little bit but I won't have to worry about possible. Fire code issues. Other than this hole with silicon in it, there seems to be no possible code issues at this time.

Joe was informative and patient. He answered all of our questions and helped us feel good about our purchase. We purchased a water softener with the chlorine filter. It was a lot more than our budget but after speaking with neighbors who had softeners and research we decided it was worth it. The installers Adam and Peyman were great and the gentleman who came back a few days later to repair drywall in our garage was great also. If you are looking for a do it all company they are it.

Had one of my air conditioner unit stopped working on Sunday. Called Parker and Sons and had the appointment scheduled on Monday. Ezequiel arrived around 4pm, he is very good and knowledgeable. Went straight to the job, got it done quickly. Explain everything and answered all my questions clearly. Would recommend this company and highly recognized Ezequiel.

I recently hired partner and son’s to install a water heater in my home and I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done by Rickey J. The plumber was extremely professional and efficient, making sure to keep me informed throughout the entire installation process. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got to work right away, completing the installation in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided me with helpful advice on how to properly maintain my new water heater. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work before he left.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the plumber's professionalism, efficiency, and expertise. I highly recommend this plumber to anyone in need of plumbing services and will definitely be calling on him again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Rickey!

I am incredibly disappointed in their total service! What started as a water leak became a major disaster. My home has a flat, built-up roof, and since Parker and Sons do not utilize jackhammers, they had to tear apart my ceiling and walls to get to the source of the problem. When I raised concern about opening holes in the walls and ceiling, Mike, the leak finder, assured me that my insurance company, American Family, would cover the repair work for the access points. Like a dummy, I believed him and did not confirm this information with American Family. They found the leak, a hot water line from the water heater. They also suggested a repair to the cold water line so we would not have to go through another similar repair down the road. I agreed to that, as it made sense. The cost to repair the water leak was $9,419.62. Once the work began, I called American Family and was told the repair work to the drywall would not be covered. To make matters even worse, on the home's exterior, they started cutting into the stucco, then realized they did not need to access it there, so Parker and Sons left the cut marks. When the plastic drop cloth was removed, a piece of my painted ceiling came off. The workers did not say anything or offer to touch it up. I assume they hoped I would not notice it. Parker and Sons then gave me a second estimate for an additional $1,400 for the drywall repair, which would not include painting or repair to the stucco. Paying over $9,400 plus an additional $1,400 and leaving me to find a handyperson to paint the access points, rebuild the cabinet under my sink, and fix the stucco leaves me in disarray. So, here I am, an 84-year-old woman with holes in my walls and ceiling and gashes in my stucco exterior. Consumers: find a company that can do all the work, not one that will leave you with access holes in your walls and ceiling and cut marks on your exterior walls. I would like to note, the men were professional, courteous, and punctual.
