Parker and Sons Service Technician, Alan Dotson, was on time, friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of my AC units for their routine maintenance. Answered any questions I had. It's not often that you come across an employee that really likes the company he works for and his job and it's reflected in his outstanding performance. Great Job!!

I wanted to take the time to personally thank Jack who called me to assist with a very minor issue I had.... Not about the quality of the installation, service or equipment of my recently installed Hot Water Heater - that all got 5 stars. Jack with P&S following up on my minor concern was just a small detail that turned me into a life-long Parker and Son's customer... And having the affordable monthly contract for minor maintenance issues is a nice added benefit which I had them utilize on Thursday checking over my 20 year old AC Unit.

We had a serious outside main water leak! Had seen their add & called, Nice Tech came out same day, quoted price, signed for it. After tech got into job & needed a part, had to drive all the way back to town & back, fixed our problem, filled in whole & did excellent job!! Never new we had a problem! Thank You Parker & Sons. We will definitely use your services again!

Parker and Sons was super quick and responsive. They were able to replace my water softener and get our water to the house turned back on within hours. All service techs were extremely helpful and truly cared. Very pleased!

We are so pleased with Paul Barberio who solved our water softener issue and restored the system to properly function. We've had other servicemen from Parker & Sons but Paul is the BEST ever. He is excellent in his communication skills and extremely polite and professional. Next year when we have our water softening system serviced we will request ONLY Paul for the visit. Parker & Sons is lucky to have such a great employee in their ranks. Paul is a gem.

I would like to let you know that your employee, Barry Bridge Sr. did extensive electrical work at my house today. The work was very extensive and my son-in-law researched several companies and found Parker and Sons to have the best reputation. My electrical was so bad that I was lucky I didn't have a fire. One outlet in the kitchen had the wires burned. Barry checked every outlet and all the wiring and the electrical box. I now feel comfortable that the wiring is perfect, so this means a great deal to me. He checked everything electrical in the house. Cathy R.

I really wanted to be impressed by these guys with all of their 5-star reviews but I feel very taken advantage of. My AC went out overnight and the house shot up to 94° by the next afternoon. We had a tech visit us from 6:17pm to 6:47pm (exactly 30 minutes, according to my video door bell) to ultimately replace our AC unit's capacitor. It cost $414, and the MAX price for ANY AC capacitor (not including their very likely bulk discount) is around $14 on Amazon, Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. For those keeping score, that's about $400 in labor, or $800 an hour! Are you kidding?!! Their customer service was great, so great I even signed up for the monthly subscription, which got me an $80 discount on the visit. But I can't justify $800 an hour for work that I could have done myself for $15 based on the sole fact they have great CS. Really disappointed, I feel robbed.

Edited to add: Also, I never signed off on any work before the tech (who was great otherwise, so friendly and knowledgeable) went ahead and did it. Had he shown me it was going to be $414, I would have Googled the part and looked up a YouTube video on how to replace it. The whole thing just feels gross.

My shower needed a cartridge valve replaced but hex screw was stripped. Called them out and they charged me $1,112 to cut off and replace the unit. It took 20 secs to get handle off then they left to buy shower kit. It took 20 mins to install...so...when asked why so much they stated AI gets all prices around USA and decided this cost. The kit had to be no more than $250 so the rest is labor??? I have never been so taken advantage of in my life. The serviceman was polite and did an excellent job....but I think I need some type of refund. This is horrible and debating to call BBB.
