Very good experience. Outstanding customer service from Ruben and his partner. They worked non stop to replace myHVAC unit. Ruben answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain how to work the thermostat and explained about the filter and the procedure that took place when they removed the cooler from my roof. Ruben has good enunciation, so it was a pleasure and a relief to be able to understand what he was saying when we were talking. He took his time to talk to me. A++ for Ruben and his partner.

Had a mini split system recently put in an RV garage that will be utilized as a home gym. Victor and Gabriel came out the next day after the quote and did an amazing job with the installation. The outdoor vents/electrical are clean and tidy. I am detail oriented and they readjusted the positioning of the unit on multiple occasions without complaint until it was cosmetically perfect. They did do minor damage on the outside wall stucco while doing the install and took full ownership and repaired it before leaving. On top of all that they were punctual, provided thorough explanations before/during/after the install, and were very professional. Would 100% recommend.

Work was finished same day and I have not only electrical engineering degrees but worked as a technician myself at one point, and the form and function exceeded expectations. It was an abnormal shaped lighting fixture that they don’t see every day, but they were still able to make it work flawlessly. Michael was our service man today and before he arrived, he called 20 minutes prior to let me know he was on the way! Once he was here he took a look at the issue and informed me of the options I could make for the situation at hand. I chose to have him help with my sink with snaking it and also installing new pipes, he was fast, efficient and so nice that it made the first experience exactly what I wanted! Parker and Sons sent their A/C technician out to do an annual maintenance inspection and it was determined that my copper cooling coil thingie had a small leak which was a big deal! Johnny, the technician shared pictures and even a video of the problem since the unit is on the roof. What to do? A very expensive repair indeed especially for a 13 year old unit. The cost to replace it wasn’t going to work for our budget. Johnny was very patient with me and my questions and in the end we went with repairing the unit. The job was done the next business day because they fortunately had the needed parts. The job was completed in the first week of May so we didn’t really need the a/c because we also have an evaporative cooling system as well. Suddenly it got hot this year!! The work performed by P&S’s technician (Johnny) has made our A/C perform fabulously to date. That expensive repair has been worth every dollar. I don’t think this repair was going to be done cheaper or more expertly by another company. The front office communicated timely and having Johnny do the repairs and effectively communicating the issues and possible solutions was fabulous. Thank you all for your wonderful and timely service.

Was here on vacation from Michigan when we noticed the leak at my grandma’s house. Called and got an appt for the next day. Other than the technician being outside of the appointment window by a few hours he diagnosed the issue quickly, got parts and had it fixed. Overall very happy with this company. Thank you!

Prompt, thorough and affordable. Raymond, our tech was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Although not our first interaction with HVAC service companies, it is the first time we were impressed enough to buy the service plan.

We were really impressed with the free second opinion Parker & Sons gave us when the compressor on our air conditioning unit needed replacement. They agreed and came out the very next day to do the repair. We were so impressed we switched our maintenance agreement to them. Bravo Parker and Sons!
