They had an opening come up and moved my repair from Friday to Thursday which, as the job turned out to require a return visit the next day, wound up saving me from having to go the whole weekend of 115 degree heat without air conditioning. thank you for that!

In my experience, a lot of HVAC companies try to sell you things you don't need. 20 years ago, another company (don't remember their name) tried to sell me a new unit. Because I am Scottish and also naturally skeptical, I cross-examined the poor technician until he admitted he was actually expected to sell new units to poor, unsuspecting customers like myself. I've never forgotten that.

On the other hand, Air Quest, who we have been using for several years now, has been servicing that SAME UNIT, which by the grace of God still works, and they have done a great job! No high-pressure sales tactics, just good, trustworthy help. I am so pleased with them I decided to come on here and tell the world! Great company! Try them!

Air Quest replaced my entire HVAC system in Feb., 2018. All went well. Aaron, an owner, came to bid on the installation. He is very knowledgeable, professional, & did not pressure me, as I collected bids.
The installers were considerate & knowledgeable, & completed the work in 1 day. The new American Standard system works fine, is quiet, & I love the simple, easy-to-use thermostat that I selected. The installation includes free maintenance service every Spring & Fall for 4 years. I'm very pleased with Air Quest!

We needed to replace three 20-year old HVAC split systems and two 20-year old water heaters, all of which were crammed into tight utility closets in an older home. We asked for bids from three reputable contractors, and not only was Aaron from Air Quest by far the most knowledgeable, his bid was the most reasonable of the three. All three systems were installed on schedule and have been working fine ever since. Their employees were friendly, caring, and meticulous. We are very satisfied customers.

Air Quest installed a new AC and furnace unit in May 2020. Service was terrific, prompt and courteous. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
