This is our second HVAC system that Jett Mechanical has installed and maintained for us (at two different homes). We needed to upgrade and repair at our last home and they did such a great job that we came back to them a second time at our new home. They warranty their work and they are super responsive to any issue that arises and quickly solve any problems, making sure that we are happy and satisfied. We thought that our system had a gas leak and they were here very quickly with two trucks and teams to manage the problem. Nate, the service manager and his crew meticulously searched every possible location that could be leaking even if it was not a place that Jett Mechanical had worked on. They serviced and checked all areas and did not find any leaks. They went above and beyond to make sure the system was safe and working properly. Service like this is unheard of in todays world. Thank you! You have our business for life!

The quoting process was quick and easy. However when the technicians came in to do the install they had not been fully briefed on all the points of the project, mainly that they were converting my system from gas to electric. This lead to them needing to go get supplies and tools and the whole process ended up taking a day and a half instead of the 4-6 hours I was told. Thus I rate them 4 stars instead of 5.

The install technicians were professional and seemed to know what they were doing once they had all the equipment and tools they needed, and squared everything away at the end.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Jett Mechanical! We recently purchased a home that had a lot of deferred maintenance. Our realtor used Jett Mechanical for the HVAC inspection prior to purchase, and they provided an excellent write-up of all the issues with each of the 2 units that were original to this 42-year-old house, along with a great bid to replace them both. The roof also had to be replaced, and the HVACs are located on the roof, so the replacement of the HVACs had to be coordinated with the roofers, as well as a crane company Jett Mechanical uses for jobs like ours where the units needed to be craned down off the roof. Sandie and Cindy stayed on top of scheduling, and when the inevitable roofer delay came along just 3 days prior to the start of all the work (and a Friday, no less), they were super accommodating and shifted their schedule to match the roofer. After the new units were installed, Justin was scheduled to come by a few days later to help us with programming our new thermostats, discuss the warranties for the units and answer all our questions. Virtually every single person we spoke with or encountered throughout the entire process -- from scheduling, installation and post-installation follow-up -- was timely, courteous and professional. Jett Mechanical provided us with an outstanding experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

They did the A/C maintenance for my 11-year-old A/C (Lennox) 2-3 weeks ago. The AC was working fine. It just run longer than last year. They charged me $1850 because they replaced some parts plus some other work such as adding refrigerant, washing the outdoor condensing coil to remove dirt and debris, etc. That's not the end of the story. My A/C stopped working last week. They tested the AC and wanted to replace the whole condenser unit with Rheem for another $3500. I asked a different AC service company come over to double check, and showed him what was done by JETT. I am told that replacing those parts are totally not necessary, such as the fan motor, capacitors, etc. But why did they do that? The answer is obvious. Frankly speaking, I don't know what JETT did to my AC. The fact is that my AC suddenly dead two weeks later after they did the maintenance service, yes, the so called "maintenance service". I was really regret that I hired them to serve my AC!!!

They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. They were knowledgeable about the system. Just great service from the office to the installers.

My real estate agent ordered an HVAC inspection. They did inspect the AC but they did not inspect the ductwork. A month after I moved in, I went up the attic to check, and saw that one of the flex duct was not attached to the metal ductwork, some of the flex duct had ripped insulation, one of the metal ductwork had large openings. My AC was busy cooling attic and I was not informed of that during inspection. Later on, the owner said the inspector from his firm could not find the attic access which was in one of the closets, quite common in Tucson.

The owner came up to fix some of the issues. Some other issues, I got quoted.

In the last two years my wife and I have had to replace two separate AC/Furnace units. Through a referral, along with five years of their maintenance service, we had Jett Mechanical install the first unit. We were so impressed by the job Mike's crew did, when our second unit needed to be replaced, we didn't hesitate to call Jett Mechanical. Again, total satisfaction! In our view, Mike could write the book on quality product, installation. service, professionalism and integrity. We highly recommend Jett Mechanical.
