Came to my house this morning to look at some heating ducts and also to do a "check up" on the AC. Good guys. Knowledgable, timely, professional. Reasonably priced. Showed up on time for the prescheduled appointment time. Explained what they did very well. I signed up for their 6 month automatic evaluation program where they come out and check things out every 6 months. Highly recommend.

Since moving to Tucson almost a year ago, we have relied on Jett Mechanical for HVAC maintenance and repairs, and have been extremely pleased with their friendliness, responsiveness and quality of their work. We have been so pleased with Jett Mechanical that yesterday we had them install two new hot water heaters and one AC unit (over $8K).

Excellent company. I have used them to service both homes where I lived. I really like their membership program as well. It's affordable and It helps with keeping our maintenance up and they call me to remind me of when my maintenance is due. They are very responsive. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Nate n his father at Jett mechanical are top notch hvac technicians. They were on time n explained their maintenance visit in great detail. Both were so cordial. My hvac unit means alot to me in Arizona. These 2 have made me feel very secure that my unit is ready for summer action. Cant say enough about Jett n their whole team. 👏👏👏

Had to replace my A/C, furnace, and water heater. No longer will I call anyone else to work on those units, the gentleman who came out were helpful, curdious, time efficient and really a pleasure to work with. Everything could not have gone better, they walked me through everything I need to do. Really a great experience thank you for making everything so easy it was great to watch everyone work.

He uses business if I had to save my life based off their driving I can only imagine what their work ethic and your workmanship is tailgating cars and a work vehicle is not a way to display a company

Nathan and Justin were very professional and courteous. They found the problem with the ac and explained how they repaired it. Nathan also took the time to give and show me features about the thermostat that will be very helpful for efficiency. Thanks

These guys were NOT thorough and they were dishonest!!!! They tried to scare me into going a very expensive route that was totally unneccesary. They told me my unit wouldn't be able to be serviced after 2020, totally untrue. They told me I needed to replace the drip pan/coils because they would continue to rust until there was a hole. UNTRUE!!! The drip pan is plastic.

This Company installed our air conditioning a few years ago, did a terrible job, didn’t install everything they should have so it leaked onto our carpet year until we had another company come in to fix the issue and They didn’t use the tape to seal the unit so we’re basically cooling our water heater and HVAC unit Closet. Big mistake using Jett Mechanical....
