Fusion Plumbing Drain & AC

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. We called Fusion Plumbing and Air for service and they responded within the hour during after hours. Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He found the issue right away and fixed it. They followed up with us the next week to inspect and make sure things were still running correctly. Definitely recommend them!

After months of higher than expected water bills I was able to get Chris out the next morning after the leak was found. He completed the job in a full day.
Although probably not the cheapest but Fusion is quick, dependable and does a fantastic job. This is the 3rd time we used Fusion for major jobs.

Very professional and honest. Treated my base knowledge as a bonus and did not talk down to me. No greasy used car sales approach... refreshing. I was lucky to find a package that better fit my budget and they could not compete enough for me to pass up what I had found so another company got the bid, but my limited experience with Fusion has been very positive.
After the replacement service call, the owner reached out the next day to follow up...no pushy sales agenda, just great person to person service. If you are considering Fusion, I would recommend giving them the opportunity to impress you.

The service from start to finish was exceptional. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful in helping me set up an appointment and was flexible in changing the appointment to better suit my schedule.
I received both a text message and a call from Kyle letting me know the approximate time they would arrive at my house. Kyle and Colt were the installers of the toilets, and both of them were friendly, courteous young men.
They answered all of our questions, and completed the install in a timely and efficient manner.
I would highly recommend Fusion Plumbing for all your plumbing in installation needs.

Chris and Andy recently fixed my sink and garbage disposal. They were very professional and worked quickly. They respected my home and made sure they didn’t leave a mess at all. We use Fusion for everything and have never been disappointed! Highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed

We called several 24/7 plumbing places but nobody could come out for several days. Fusion was responsive, friendly and got someone out to us quickly, even on a Saturday. Chris did a great job and walked us through the issues and our options for repair. He had everything fixed and water restored to the house in a few hours. Will definitely be using again in the future.

We had a water pipe break under the slab of our home and Fusion gave us a very good quote. The crew of Chris, Jose, and Colton were exceptional. They were Very professional, and considerate since I asked about a million questions, they worked so well together and cleaned up after the work. We had a couple of issues after they left and they came right back out and took care of them at one point Shaun, the owner came out a 6 PM on a Sunday.

I highly recommend Fusion Plumbing and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Update: 2/9/23

We were finally able to have Fusion come in and replace a cracked waste pipe from the kitchen. Once again, the team was professional. knowledgeable, well-coordinated, and efficient. Another pleasant experience with Fusion Plumbing we highly recommend them.

We had a toilet issue on Jan 1st. What started as a call of desperation turned into a wonderful experience. First, they were the only ones to answer on a holiday and were willing to come out that day. They fixed it so we could use it that day, but came back the next day to actually fix the complete problem. It took a couple days, but they were amazing. Clayton, Chris and Jose worked diligently and steadily to get the job done, letting us know what they were doing and answering my silly questions. When we weren't quite ready to install the water heater, Chris and Clayton came back a couple days later and took care of it. All the guys were very polite and very personable. Letting us know when they would be here each morning and cleaning up after themselves each time. Thank you Sean, for a job well done.
