Fusion Plumbing Drain & AC

I had fusion come out and install a new water line for my kitchen. They were on time, reasonably priced, exhibited their high quality of work, and got the job done in a timely manner. The entire process was hassle free. Would highly recommend.

This was a very difficult manufactured home water heater installation. Kyle and Matt worked hard to find a solution to the now larger water heater. I appreciate all of their hard work and determination to get the job done. I highly recommend these local guys. Fusion Plumbing will be the guys I call from now on for my plumbing and ac needs.

I needed a valve replaced on my gas line for my new dryer and was able to get an appointment within 2 business days. Kyle came out, as scheduled, and replaced it very quickly. He was friendly and professional and there's no doubt I will use Fusion Plumbing again. I have used them before to replace the plumbing in my entire house, including a new hot water heater, so I was confident they would do good job and they did not disappoint!

Chris, Bobo, Kyle, Jake (and I feel terribly but there was one other guy who helped and I am blanking on the name.) They were all fantastic Very helpful and dedicated. They arrived on time, and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond. We had what we thought was a clogged pipe, when in reality it was a collapsed pipe. Through-out the whole process the crew communicated with us, didn't make us feel insecure when we asked a lot of questions and were genuinely kind and great workers. We saw them several days. I own ironwood apartments I worked with fusion plumbing today. Jake O'Hara and Chris came to relieve a main sewer that we had stopped up. 6+ units where stopped up. I was in a tuff crunch and called fusion. These guys came before the time promised and had my tenants up and going in less then 20 minutes. They gave me several options on possible repairs or temporary solutions from this point. I recommend these guys to my mother!!!!

Kyle and Jose installed a water softener and fixed my water heater. They were great! They are clearly knowledgeable and professional.

Cale did a great job! He had to locate the hard line and tie our kitchen loop back into our "soft" water loop. Excellent communication and service! We will definitely use Fusion again when needed.

While shopping for a new HVAC system we were amazed by the “WOW” factor in the customer service recently received by Fusion Plumbing and Air AZ. Five stars to each employee we’ve had the pleasure to deal with, Sean (owner), Shiloh, Erica, Shannon, Patrick, Daniel and Quincy. Their office and field teams have been friendly, professional, prompt, and courteous. A special shout out to Daniel and Quincy, we call them” the dynamic duo”. They listened to our concerns and answered our many questions. After their thorough inspection of our home, the two provided detailed information, options, scope of work to be done during installation. When we received the quote we found it very reasonable which included exceptional warranties and many “special guarantees”. Follow up review coming after installation is completed.
