Fusion Plumbing Drain & AC

I have been remodeling my home and have hired out only a handful of work, but otherwise doing it on my own. I hired Fusion Plumbing and Air and they are the only company I have not had to chase down to get the work done and got it done as quick as they could. From start to finish....first dispatch to payment....nothing but a positive experience. Kyle and Chris were punctual, communicative, and worked clean. They treated my home as if it were there's. 10/10 would recommend and will be using them on future projects.

I had Fusion Plumbing and Air come out to install a water filter in my water softener system as I have no mechanical skills. While I thought the price was a little steep; it was well worth it. I have used Fusion Plumbing & Air in the past and everyone at the company is very professional, friendly and very responsive. The two technicians Dominick and Elmer were very knowledge and very professional and super friendly. If you are looking for a truly professional and a very responsive company look no further. I highly recommend this company. Call them right away for any plumbing job.

We are so happy with their service!! We called and got a team to give us a quote the next day for a new ac/heating system (very comparable and fair compared to other companies who quoted us) - and they were able to get us installed right on our timeframe! Daniel and Quincy were extremely professional, worked all day and even worked through several problems that we had no idea we had throughout our installation. Shiloh and his team also stopped by and were able to provide help and support throughout the day. They were very friendly and explained everything to us in a way we could understand! Will definitely be calling them again! We are so happy with our new system!!

After trying a different company first with poor results, I called Fusion on a recommendation, and Quincy came out and did an excellent job at diagnosing issues with my heat pump system when it was having motor and airflow issues. He came back several times to make sure he could test it correctly and I think he gave me the right diagnosis accordingly. His repair work was good. I thought the charge for his work was quite reasonable. I'd use Quincy at Fusion again.

Fusion Plumbing provided professional service, on time assessment and quote, and timely repair/on time service repair. They were thorough in explanation of problems as well as solutions and options for services. My only complaint would be the preventative actions that could/should be taken during the repair process. Knowing theyare flushing pipes, they should have anticipated the water overflow (and did, as they asked me to watch for it) but did not take the 10-15 min to move washer out from the area, cover flooring with protective plastic, which would have prevented the black grimy water from leaking all over the floor (white grout) and to the nearby carpet.

My water heater broke in the middle of the night, I called them first thing Monday morning. They were quick and reasonable on the price. They had the new water heater installed same day and were very respectful and professional, will definitely use them in the future.

Very professional, respectful, and friendly. I will definitely use them again. This is the 2nd time I used them. I especially liked their availability for service.

Chris & Adam did an exceptional job repairing the low pressure issue in our Master bdr.

Chris and Jake were amazing! So thankful they came out to my Mom’s house on a Friday night. Very professional and courteous.
