Martin & James installed a water softener & they were incredibly professional, respectful, & thorough. Requested my input on how the piping & tubes should be configured to be visually acceptable since the unit is exposed. Quality of the installation, exceeded my expectations. Also, took adequate time to explain how to maintain & operate the new unit after spending 3+ hours in my hot garage. Overall a great experience!

We just purchased a new house and with it came a home warranty. The main AC System was acting funny so we called in the service on the home warranty and the company that came out could not fix it and was completely rude and unprofessional.

I took to the advise of a friend and reached out the the team at Fusion. I was contacted quickly by their scheduler and had an appointment for someone to come out that next afternoon. Sean showed up and was very respectful and professional. He walked us through what he was going to doing both inside and outside the house so we knew what was happening. Within a short period of time he was able to figure out what the other company couldn't in 3 different trips.

Jake was on time and incredibly professional and accommodating. I hate making calls to have things fixed on my home because I like to learn and fix things on my own but not only did Jake fix our clogged line but he let me sit, watch and ask questions.

He gave me more insight into my house’s plumbing in 20 minutes than I’ve learned about plumbing in the past 20 years.

He was able to fix the problem quickly and help explain how to maintain the drains more effectively in the future.

Jake is a eeal life hero! And now a son of mine. I had a leaking water heater and had no idea what needed to be done. He was able to explain the process of replacing with new gas water heater. Great experience and customer service. I will only be using Jake at fusion from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Jake and Matt addressed a number of plumbing maintenance things that had been piling up around the house. Got it all accomplished without problems. They know what they're doing and are committed to doing the job right the first time. They are friendly, polite, patient, and skilled.
