Excellent Service! I do not give 5 stars but it seems this time I must. I had an over under 3 ton unit that was fried from an lightning strike. I’m had called to get three estimates and Daniel from Fusion arrived first. Daniel had such a good demeanor was willing to answer any questions I had with great patience. I felt so good and so comfortable with Daniel and the estimate given, that I canceled the other two companies and went with Fusion. The very next day, Daniel arrived bright and early. He had orchestrated his team and a crane to remove the unit. By 3pm, I had icey cold and heat air in my home. I did find out after that Fusion had beat the other companies by $500. Winning!

I called & spoke to Roxanne, We set up an appointment, there was a certain window that I would be would be home because I take care of my mother, they gave me a certain time and arrived at that time, Two knowledgeable gentleman arrived Mr. Elmer and Mr. Don, they were very clean a professional they took a look at the problem and assess it, They told me they could do it for their special price of $50. I was relieved that they were so honest and did the work with professionalism and accuracy, it's good to know that there are honest a professional men like Mr. Elmer and Mr. Don, There a credit to the profession. Fusion Plumbing should be proud to have them as employees. I would recommend Them and call him again when necessary.

Guys showed up early and were up front and professional. AC unit is a mix matched old mess and I figured it would need to be replaced. They ran a few tests and looked at my inside unit. They confirmed my suspicion that I needed a whole new unit and remarked that my inside unit was over 30 years old. They're gonna take this info back and Hopefully send me an estimate. Although at this time I cannot afford or do I have the time to replace this. But when the time Comes I will definitely keep them in mind. I would definitely work with these guys.

Installers (Jake O’Hara & Matt Ancharski) were professional, efficient and cheerful. They left the work area clean with no debris. We’re very happy with the outcome.

Fusion is a great local company. Quality work and definitely priced well. Reymundo and his partner did a great job replacing my sewer line and they worked long hours to finish so we could be back in our home ASAP which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

The Fusion team was awesome! They were prompt, clearly defined their capabilities and answered all of my questions. We ended up going a different route ONLY because they did not sell the unit we were looking for. Regardless, I’d recommend them to anyone!

Once again Jake and Colt with fusion plumbing have saved the day again! I have had these gentlemen at my home numerous time. This time my toilet was leaking and they installed grab bars for me. I will be contacting fusion plumbing forever!
