Sean & his team are amazing. They're on time, respectful of property & do amazing work. We've had many issues with our home from leaky pipes to leaky valves & previous work that wasn't done correctly. They've fixed it all & didn't make it seem like it was ever an annoyance which we have found with other contractors. Yesterday we had a new water heater installed by Chris & he was so sweet with my elderly mother, considerate of the glue smell & tried to do all the glue work outside as much as possible...along with doing a precise job & making sure our home was kept clean in the process. Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas.

The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

I had family visiting and the pipes backed up do to roots building up near septic. Kyle Stewart used his camera and equipment figured out the problem and fixed it quickly.

Chris from Fusion took an emergency call last Friday to assist with a busted pipe. He made it out, accessed the situation, and recommended a temporary fix to get me through the night. He came back the next day and completed the work, very professional the entire time. Thank you for the help.

We received a quote from Fusion for work that we need done. We are pleased with the numbers and are eagerly anticipating a good job. Martin’ and Jessica came to our home to do the quote. UPDATE: Martin’ completed the job today. We found him to be a diligent worker, on task, on time, professional, and a very pleasant young man. We also had contact with the owner, Shawn during the course of this job and were likewise impressed with him and his concern that his customers are pleased. What a great experience! We have older pipes and had what ended up being a bit of a more elaborate repair. Matt and Chris handled the event with extreme professionalism and skill. Truly so grateful we called them! Glad we won’t have future problems, but would happily call again. Highly recommend!!
