Jake and Martin are real life heros!!!! I had sewer backed up and was not able to use the sewer for days! I saw a commercial on tv and called! These guys hydro scrub main sewer line and installed clean outs in the front of the house. These 2 young men worked very hard and cleaned up very well. I will be using these guys in the future!

Kyle and Chris are the dynamic duo that came to save the day!

We had to replace our ranch pipe - from the main water line- as we had a leak. Kyle had a timely response, and the foresight to NOT start work at 4pm on a winter day. I bring this up because we had a couple gentleman from other companies wanting to start work at 4:30pm knowing it would not be able to be completed….. and would have created MORE OF a mess.

Anyway…. Kyle set everything up exactly as he stated. No deviation, no excuses - delivered as promise. They were able to complete the full replacement in a day, and again, I cannot emphasize the amazing service Kyle and Chris brought to the table. We had a total of 6 quotes…. Kyle was by far the most knowledgeable, realistic, efficient and POLITE of all the people who came to the home.

Michael did a great job with my tankless water heater installation. Explained the costs associated beforehand and stayed within budget. Fusion was great working with my home warranty company, they correctly diagnosed the issue and worked with my warranty company to obtain approval before moving forward. I appreciate their patience during that process. I will 100% use them again.

We've used Fusion Plumbing & Air three times. The first was to repair an interruption in the water line to our refrigerator. The second was to service our HVAC system and the third was for maintenance on our water heater. The latter two services were specifically requested after we purchased the home to assure us that there were no issues with the HVAC and water heater. In each of the three times, telephone customer service was excellent, appointments were surprisingly timely, and the service technicians all very professional. We will definitely use Fusion Plumbing & Air to maintain or repair the systems in our home.

Kyle showed up on time and explained the process and price of a whole house water filtration system. We decided which system to go with and less than a week later it was all done! He was very easy to work with, was quite professional, worked quickly, answered all of our questions, and checked back to make sure everything was running smoothly. Daniel and Quincy did a great job fixing a gas wall heater and turning off gas to an old stove. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Daniel even suggested good restaurants in the area, since we're from Illinois. They were on time and made sure to call and text with reminders. We will keep Fusion in mind if we need future work done.

I had asked them for a second opinion on if my water heater could be fixed or replaced. The very polite and professional repair man was very honest and straight forward with his opinion of the water heater. I was extremely pleased with how he'd handled the appointment today. I'd definitely use them again if something else goes down and I'll also recommend them to others in need of a repairman.
