    My ac/heater went out. Raymond Markley was our assigned technician. Great professional service, on time and was able to troubleshoot right away and get it fixed within hours. My kids and I will have heating tonight thanks to him. Appreciate the great work and fast turnaround Raymond!

    Parker and Sons completed an HVAC installation as well as a mini split at my house today. Because the install is brand new, I can’t say much about the operation of product/install…that’s not a bad thing, just an honest statement. I will say though, I have dealt directly with several employees, and they have all been phenomenal! Randy, Brandon, Chris and Rebecca specifically. They are very confident in their knowledge, their experience, the product, and their service without being arrogant. They were all very patient with me while I processed through a very big decision, and expensive investment. There was never any pressure, yet they were always available. Once my decision was made, they were quick to get my job scheduled and completed.

    Ivan our tech was great he arrived before the scheduled time which was awesome and he communicated that he was available through text which was requested when I scheduled the appointment. He was professional and efficient and handled the job excellent. I would highly recommend them.

    I had an electrical problem leading to our community pool lights . Both electricians worked for 4 1/2 hours and located the issue. Professional and polite. Would recommend them.

    So... Parker and Sons has been downgraded from a five star to a one star for the following reasons;
    - Overpriced
    - Charged thousands of dollars and did not fix the issue
    - Poor experience with their answering service
    - Did not keep appointment with AC out
    - Every time they visit our home they are upselling expensive add ons
    - $9,000 water softner and filtration system installed one year ago has never worked consistently/correctly still getting scale on our fixtures
    - AC "repair" that cost $$$$ and still have the same issue
    - Not showing up for a scheduled repair and not even bothering to let us know

    Parker and Sons is expensive, but we have always paid the price because they where reliable and handled most home mechanical items. We used their annual maintenance program for 3 years and used them for a number of projects and repairs spending $20k+ over 3 years. It's unfortunate that they no longer value loyal customers or follow through on their commitments. Sorry to see it happen, but they have become an unreliable, overpriced firm.

    Mike and Tyler were outstanding. My main water cutoff was frozen. They knew exactly how to repair/replace the offending part. They were quick, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will use them again.
