    Quick polite professional service. Very easy to book an appointment. Technician who assessed and completed the work was very skilled and respectful of property any time. Also, between the Parker dispatcher and the technician, kept me informed on arrival times and scope of work.

    Great Service! Electrical wire had shorted, so we lost power to our bed room. Technician came out and repaired it quickly, showed me pictures of problem, and repairs done. I think it was for a fair price, and I will use this company again. Thank You!

    Although service call was fast and my A/C problem was resolved I am very disappointed with the service. First the technician arrived and since there was air flowing through the vents he was going to leave without checking anything else. When I called for the appointment I was very clear about the issue that the A/C was not cooling. The technician had to call back at the office and then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit. Found out the fan motor wasn’t operating. I got charged $1,251 for the motor (Azure Digi-Motor 10874). I verified online and the price for that motor is $198. The technician also changed the a 40 Amp 24 V Contactor at a cost of $388. Again, checking online the cost for that type of contactor ranges between $10-$70.

    The experience their electricians was ok as they were able to do the work that I requested. However, I am disappointed the company protocol that the estimate they gave me did not have some sort of itemized breakdown. Another large company I worked with in Tucson provided me with a breakdown of parts, cost of labor per hour, etc so there is transparency of what work is being done. Also I was told I would get an email receipt and I never got one. Meanwhile I have already received a lot of marketing material from Parker & Sons (2 pieces of snail mail, 2 emails).

    Also, the electricians were going to label the breaker so I know which one they worked on, and I realized after they left that they did not do so.

    Installation of new ac/heating unit

    They were on time, very polite and explained everything they were doing and why. They were very clean, vacumning up inside as they went or picking up outside. So very nice and friendly. So far am very happy with them from the gentleman that came to our home to show us what we could do to the techs that installed the product, to the people in the office, that were friendly and helped us. After they left you would never know they were here other than we had a new ac/heating unit, which so far we love.
    Would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating.

    This was the first time using Parker and Sons. We needed someone to come out in less than 2 weeks. Which what our previous electrician had scheduled us for. I talked to Sue and explained the electrical issue. It wasn’t an emergency but wanted to know why we had no power on one side. I had same day service. Alex came out assessed the situation and we have power again. Alex was professional, friendly and personable. Yes I will use Parker and sons again. Thank you.

    I was initially very impressed with this company's quote and attention to my needs. I wanted my entire air duct system replaced.
    The initial install date was bumped up when they had an opening. They didn't have the ducts ready by the time they started however, so I only had half my system installed for a few days. When they installed the rest of the ductwork, I had one square hole in my ceiling for the next three weeks, while they figured out how to get a drywall guy down from Phoenix to Tucson. Once that was patched, I was still waiting for the registers and a special ordered air return. When the air return was finally ready the guy didn't have any registers so he left. That was three weeks ago. Now they're telling me (only because I contacted them yesterday) they won't do the registers since they aren't in the contract, and I just found out that the ducts they installed aren't a standard size so I have to order custom registers or pay (another company) to come out and redo the ducts. On top of that, the damper they installed was only half secured to the vents and is louder than a chipmunk sanctuary, and every time it rains there'll be a reflecting pool on top of the intake. I don't know how serious standing water is on sheet metal to be honest so maybe it will be fine.
