    Techs are friendly, answer questions. But I have issues with their maintenance plan. They come over, take measurements and pictures and let you know if there are any issues. However they claim to do preventative maintenance, they do not!!! They do not do any measure of cleaning, declining or anything other kind of maintenance to prevent future problems. They only document the condition of the system.

    I thought I was paying for a maintenance program. It is not!!!! Going to fi d a company that does actual preventative maintenance

    Dedicated technicians that saw the job through. Some roadblocks in initial plan but the techs worked with me for alternate ideas and concensuous of how to proceed. Very polite and personable youn men!

    My unit is outside, and it had duel capacitors. Both of which were working. The tech took one capacitor out and stated that there was no reason to have 2 in the unit. Then about 10 minutes later tried selling me another capacitor for $741. The entire thing came off as shady.

    So now my A/C unit is worse off than it was before I had them come “inspect” it. I signed up for their “Parker and sons membership” so I only paid $12.99 for them to come break my unit. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Seems to be ran by a bunch of crooks. I will be canceling my “membership” ASAP

    The receptionist who answered the phone was very courteous when I called with my plumbing issue and set up an appointment within a very reasonable time. The two plumbers who worked on my plumbing issue were very professional, knowledgeable of my plumbing issues, kind, courteous, and thoroughly explained the plumbing issue each step of the way. I highly recommend Parker and Son and will definitely be calling them again.
