    If I could give 0 stars I would. Called and scheduled an appointment, they told me they would be out that night, they called me an hour later and said something came out so they would be here between 8-10 the next morning, I called this morning because I hadn’t heard from anyone to say they were on the way and they told me “this was scheduled incorrectly and we can’t come until Tuesday” absolutely RIDICULOUS. We were counting on them because we have no hot water in our home at all and they completely screwed us over. Horrible service, unprofessional, and unreliable.

    Johnny was very professional.
    He advised that one unit was low on R-22 coolant which would lower the A/C efficiency of my 22 year old system. I was ready to have him add some coolant until I asked how much it would cost and was told $375.00 per pound.

    Parker and Sons here in Tucson installed an HVAC system for me. Sales person Stacy Knop was very thorough with her presentation and offered me many options. After I made a decision on the system I desired, she scheduled the install for two days later. Lead technician Hiram Mota and his assistants arrived on time. They completed the project in 5 hours and cleaned up well after the installation.Hiram reviewed use of the thermostat. I was never inconvenienced throughout the process. I highly recommend Parker and Sons for HVAC installation.

    Called and was quoted a $80 diagnostic fee which is fine. Had Joseph come out to my home and was charged $400 dollars for diagnosing, my lights are not fixed, and was told they don’t fix my kind of led lights? When I questioned the price Joseph was super hostile and said that we can call and dispute it . It makes me think that this company likes to overcharges often and gets a way with it by telling their customers they can dispute it. STAY AWAY! I made the mistake of using this company and I’m regretting it so much! Horrible service If you make an appointment and see Joseph’s as your tech I would advise to cancel asap

    Ivan did a fabulous job installing a fan in my bathroom. He explained everything he would do, was neat, clean and professional, and the fan works perfectly. I highly recommend him if he is available.

    Where do I even start? I am so thankful for the services and technicians that helped us with our electrical panel replacement. We first called Parker & Sons on a Friday as an emergency when our power kept going out. They set us up for an appointment on Monday, but Alejandro (Alec) Gortarez was able to make it out that Friday to at least set us up with some electricity until they could work with TEP to get the panel replaced. On the day they replaced the panel Alec and Clay Wilson came out to do they job. I highly recommend Parker & Sons. The technicians really made our experience great and if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have known what to do. Their service and work was amazing! Thank you Alec and Clay!

    The technicians were very professional and highly knowledgeable. They were very quick to diagnose my issue and fix it. This has been the best experience I have had with any skilled service provider hands down. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know in need of HVAC services. Jon O and Ryan D were great representatives of the company and I will definitely use Parker & Sons for any HVAC needs that I may have in the future and I would suggest anyone else do the same.

    Nate and Julio did a great job doing the inspection, gave a list of possible recommendations. Although, I must say everything in the near future is so expensive, as a home owner I try a do things myself if at all possible. My unit is pretty new just a few yrs old, keeping up with whatever preventative maintenance I can do to make it last a few years long. Thank you guys.👍
