We were having a huge plumbing job done and they were doing a fantastic job when an electrical issue was exposed. The electrician showed up right away and worked to make sure everything was working and safe. Parker and Sons does the job the right way! The plumbers were amazing, as well.

The service was fast, high quality, competitive pricing. My Technician name was Daniel he was amazing. I was given a 4 hour window. However, he personally called me me 3 times to let me know when he was heading his way, when he was on his way, and when he arrived. Outstanding service 10 stars.

From the beginning, working with Melissa in sales to your team that came out to install my new Hvac system it has been a job well done. Melissa took a lot of time explaining and reassuring me about the job. The men worked hard to install the system and explained to me all that was done. Very helpful and professional. If there was one draw back was there was some loose insulation left in some of the air vents my home. I would recommend Parker and Sons to friends and neighbors.. Sandra Hatch

We had a leak from our water filtration (RO) system. Parker & Sons expert/technician came to identify the issue. He was right on time and provided me options for the fix.
We had the same technician come back to install a brand new RO system! I was able to schedule this within the week. Luis was right in time and got the job done well and quickly! He did not leave any packaging or mess behind. He left me with some notes and made himself available for questions if I had them.
Such a great experience overall and I appreciate the timeliness, communication, and professionalism.

Casey Pena, a plumber with Parker and Sons was most impressive in every way. His professionalism was above par in his customer service approach, his knowledge of plumbing, and most importantly his work ethic. He worked very hard because he truly cared to "do the job right". He deserves a huge kudos! We would hire him again!

The tech that came out (I believe his name was Darryl) was super nice and polite. This is not the first time I've used Parker and Sons so the only reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star is because the office had a major lack of communication this time around. When they tell you the tech will be out that day to fix your ac, and something happens, the office should be calling to update you. When no one showed up and it was after 1 am, I had to call myself to find out what was going on, only to be told I'd have to wait for a call until later when the main office opened. I never got a call and had to keep playing phone tag until I got the call from the tech that he was on his way.

I was not expecting an A/C emergency so soon, and dreaded the possibility that I'd have to buy a whole new unit! My A/C stopped working, and it was 113° outside, and getting increasingly hot INSIDE too. I called Parker & Sons expecting I may have to wait a couple days for repair, and so grateful Dean said they could fit me in the next day! Thank you Dean!

To my surprise, I ended up being Eric's first call of the day (out of many, no doubt). He immediately diagnosed the issue, presented me with my options, and took care of it! Thank you Eric! Two hours later, and my house is nice and cool again! And it's July 4th, to boot! Thank you so, SO very much! You guys are awesome!

I am super happy with Parker & Sons! I had an emergency problem with my air conditioner on a 107 degree day. My previous company said they couldn't help me. I called Parker & Sons, and two hours later, a new thermostat was installed and my a/c was working great! The service person was pleasant and professional, and explained everything he was doing. And the price was reasonable! I am so happy to be part of their "family." And the man who did the work even took out my trash as he was leaving!

Parker & Sons were awesome. One of our AC units quit working on a Saturday, I completed an online form with Costco first thing on Sunday a.m. and Parker & Sons responded and had an estimator out on Sunday afternoon. The quote was the most competitive, we made a decision on Monday late afternoon and we had 2 AC units and air handlers (furnaces) installed by 3:00 Tuesday. The entire team was very professional and swift!! If you are in the market for new AC or any HVAC equipment I would strong encourage checking out Costco and Parker & Sons.

Edger Rodriquez our tech along with his helper Jessie were very professional and worked very hard to get our AC unit installed. Edgar went out of his way to crawl underneath our home to look at something regarding the AC which he was installing and noticed and recorded a water leak which we would not of known about and that was really appreciated. For that reason we will be calling and setting up an appointment for your plumber to come out for various plumbing repairs we need as well.
