Parker & Sons

This is my second experience using Parker & Sons and they’ve both been excellent. Today they fixed a leaking outdoor spigot. It was easy to get an appointment (the next day) and everyone I’ve talked to there is super friendly and professional. Their prices are also much cheaper than a local plumber who I also like to hire because it’s just him running his own small business & I like to support that (but his prices are so high, ugh!). I will continue to hire Parker & Sons in the future and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

I needed a 50amp RV outlet installed in my garage, so I called around to get a few quotes.

Some companies either didn't answer, didn't return my call from a voicemail I had left, or didn't make me feel good about hiring them for the job when they did come out for the estimate.

When i called Parker & Sons, I was greeted promptly and professionally over the phone and everything was explained in nice detail.

The price was competitive with other quotes that I recieved, but ultimately it came down to "people" and "service".

My technician, Travis, is very professional. I knew I would like the work as soon as I met him and he explained what he would do.

And sure enough, he didn't disappoint!

He arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself.

I have more work to be done and Travis is who I'm asking for when I call Parker & Sons.

Came earlier than scheduled, was very professional, resolved the issue and explained in detail what needed to happen before quickly making the repair. Outstanding work, and great customer service all around. I would definitely request their services in the future.

Zach was great. He walked in and introduced himself. Read the inspection report and did exactly what we needed to repair and close on our house.
Talk about on time professional and very knowledgeable. He removed all the aluminum wiring within the house and brought it back to code.

Great experience with my AC maintenance. The technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable of my HVAC system. He took his time and did a thorough inspection of both units and offered suggestions. He communicated with me throughout the process to ensure I understood everything.

I am always very happy with Parker and Sons. Brandon, my technician, was professional, courteous, patient and friendly. Everything was thoroughly explained and validated. He advised against my requested service and recommended a different one. Once he completed that service, his recommendation was well worth his visit. Thus, once again leaving me very pleased with the time and money I spent with Parker and Sons.

Appreciated that Alex was a come on July 4th to rescue us. He fixed our AC quickly. He also recognized an additional issue (the cooling fan was wired incorrectly and pulling hot into the AC unit rather than blowing it out!) All our questions were answered. Alex is just a great guy.

Sam helped us out big time today; all outlets in bathrooms & garage went dead. On time, let us know what his process was, did diagnostics- breaker had been tripped so easy fix. It’s an older home so he was good to discuss changing out the panel, which we will do in the future.

We are on their family plan and our A/C went out today. The compressor finally came on but it is not blowing cold air. I called to get their emergency service and was told sometime tomorrow. I understand it is hot but they advertise 24/7 service in minutes not days. Looks like that is not true. I told the guy on the phone to cancel our plan and he refused. Prior to this I got a water softener quote that was 3 more expensive then other companies. We went with Clear Choice and love our new softener

Amazing company. Had them out yesterday to check system and quote new if needed. Installed new system today. Fastest service I've had and house is cool. Techs were professional, courteous, and explained everything great. Nothing bad to say about the company or employees. Thanks Parker and sons for taking care of us.
