Update: Parker and Sons had not responded to my insurance despite multiple calls and emails. I was informed on 3/8 that Parker and Sons would follow up and not forget about the claim. To date they have not reached out or followed up. Another reason why I would not recommend them.

Parker and Sons reconnected my garbage disposal and other plumbing under my kitchen sink after having new counters installed. The technician told me the garbage disposal wouldn't fit and I had to buy a slimmer version. What? They weren't redoing the plumbing, just reconnecting the old stuff. After some conversation I did purchase a new disposal and the plumber finished the job the following week. However he didn't connect one of the pipes correctly and I had a huge flood in my kitchen. Parker and Sons called out a restoration company to remediate the water damage. I was told to submit the claim to my insurance if I wanted the kitchen fixed faster, which I did. What I learned is that they were taking advantage of an elderly, naive woman. I should not have put the claim in. They will not reimburse me for the deductible or my insurance company for their expenses. We have been in subrogation for almost a year now. I would never use their services again, nor recommend to a friend.

In the picture you can see a pipe in the back that doesn't have a cap installed. That is where all the water came out from.

So happy with the service we have received from Parker and Sons. We have had our air conditioner serviced and most recently had our hot water heater replaced by this company. I feel the company is honest and the service techs have all been so professional, knowledgeable and polite. Today the tech told us what a great company they are to both their customers and their employees and said he’s never worked for a better company. He said this company really does care about its customers and the people who work there, many for several years. That speaks volumes to me.

We have yet to have anything but a great experience with Parker & Sons! From scheduling (they can always get someone out to help) to the techs - everyone is super helpful and always very professional. Sergio came out quickly and got our system back up and running in no time!!

Mackenzie was an amazing technician.he went above and beyond. He was very nice to my kids and animals . He will be my preferred technician. It was an amazing experience all the way around. I have had had some negative ones in the past. This one was great. If I was a business owner he would be the employee I wanted.

Parker and Sons, and in particular their technician Eric, were absolutely top notch. Quick response and same day installation. Eric was easy to work with and did a wonderful job. He has a great attitude and was very pleasant.

I needed someone to come and look at my ac unit on my home, 2 companies failed me, Parker and sons came through, awesome people every single one, perfect work!

Best experience I have ever had with a plumber! Lance Sherwood was absolutely amazing. And to top it off? He’s a heck of a nice guy. Thanks so much for your wonderful and thorough work! We won’t be calling ANYONE ELSE from here on out for our plumbing needs.

We had a urinal the church that we attempted to repair and it kept running. I called Parker & Sons and was able to get an appt for the same day, this was great!!

I was a little taken back by the pricing. When looking for the part online, from what I found it was about $200, Between the time they arrived, got the part and left was about 2 hours....and the bill, over $1000!!!! So labor was over $800?????

I asked the technician for a breakout of the parts and labor and was told the system just gives him a set price for the job.

Needed an assessment of my hot water heater, as was leaking. Thomas arrived assessed, able to switch out old heater for new one same day. Excellent worker professional, efficient and explained entire process. I have had Parker in my home several times, I am always confident, work is quality, never had problem with their work

I called Parker & Sons this morning after not hearing back from another local company after 24 hours. I liked that I could directly call and request an appointment instead of having to fill out an appointment request online like many other local plumbers. After providing my information, I was contacted quickly by Brent who came to my house less than 2 hours after I made my initial request. Brent quickly assessed what I needed and then promptly returned with the needed supplies for the repair. I felt the price by the end was equal to the prompt response and same day service. The final price ended up being a little less than the initial estimate, which I was grateful for. I'd recommend Parker & Sons to anyone who is looking to work with a professional and prompt plumber.
