Steve delayed submitting our SRP rebate and after over half a dozen calls he finally submitted but it was after the deadline. This cost me $1500 in rebates. Also at the last “free” inspection they tell me the ductwork is undersized. They’re the ones who installed the system and they want me to pay more to have it done right over a year later! Wow!

Everyone at 1800 Cooking was super responsive, professional and got the job done right. They showed up on time and finish quickly and got my cooling up and running during a heatwave. I highly recommend them

Once again, a five star experience! Left a message at 6:30 in the morning regarding a broken air conditioner and it was fixed by lunch time. These guys are the best! Will never go anywhere else.

Our AC unit went out yesterday after 6pm a call was placed to our home warranty company who is contracted with this company. I placed multiple calls & texts & ZERO RESPONSE from 1800-cooling . I'm absolutely disgusted in your lack of communication .

Mark was very professional and courteous. He called when he was headed over and arrived on time. I would recommend this company for any of your future heating or AC needs.

Here is the classy gentlemen who I caught throwing trash on the ground when there was a garbage can next to the pup he was pumping gas at. Needless to say I waited a good couple minutes to give him the benefit of the doubt and sure enough he was about to leave without grabbing the garbage from the ground. I walked over and expressed I was dissapointed that a person can carelessly throw garbage on the ground while there is a trash 2 feet from them. Immediately this man came running at me in a rage calling me every name in the book including C*nt. IN HIS WORK UNIFORM IN FRONT OF HIS COMPANY VAN. I drove away and took a video and contacted his work and spoke to the office manager. I requested someone in charge contact me back about the situation but nobody cared to. So here is the classy gentlemen and company who allows this behavior and doesn't seem to care about the character of their employees nor to fix it or apologize when they bring it to their attention.

Omar was great! Found the problem and fixed it. So far the leak has stopped. 🙂
