The technicians were very polite, personable and professional. Work was completed to our satisfaction. After the technicians had left, we discovered a small problem with the unit leaking, so I called my sales consultant who advised that the problem would be fixed the next day, and it was. Just a small glitch, and the technician figured it out quickly and corrected it. Very happy with the Daikin mini split unit, it makes a world of difference in the new master bathroom.

I used 1 800 cooling to install a new unit this past summer and had a great experience with them. I have referred them to others since that time because of their exceptional service. When fall came and we begin to experience rain I notice I was getting water inside my home right above where the new unit was installed. I contacted 1 800 cooling and they got on the case. It took them a bit longer than it should have to figure it out but they had to get the right tech to figure out how to trouble shoot the issue. We believe it is now resolved and I have nothing but great thing to say about about 1 800 cooling and the team they sent out to correct the issue. Gabriel was very professional and kind. He did not dispute my concerns nor did he look to point blame elsewhere. That is service with a smile.

Armando came out to work on an issue I have with my installation of a new unit. I sure wish it was under better circumstances that I am seeing him again. Hopefully this is it. He is such a hard worker. I do enjoy seeing him. He is very comfortable to be around.
Ian also came by last time to help. He too is very comfortable to be around. I feel like I have met him somewhere else in life.
These guys are great.
I just wish I wouldn’t have any more problems. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
And thanks for being willing to come back in a couple of weeks from now to check things.

Awesome thanks to Ian and the people who installed new ac unit and replaced the duct work in the attic. Was hot in there but got it done in in 1 day. Thanks to all. House is cool and fresh air. Awesome job Ian you made this a good experience

Omar came our on time- figured out the problem quickly and presented options for repair that were reasonable and a plan for continuing maintenence to avoid costly issues down the road. Very professional. We (cats included- who didn't seem bothered at all by him) would give Omar and Lee's 5 stars!! Great job!

They did a good job of installing two units for our house and I found their price to be competitive. There were some technical issues with the instructions but they were quick to make right. Today, they came out to replace a failed capacitor two years after install. While I appreciated the visit 24 hours after making the weekend call, I thought the price for the service today was a little on the high end. Labor was $120 and the dispatch call was $69. In all, $194 for a 30 minute fix. Jay, the technician was very friendly and professional. Gerry the owner seems to care about customer experience. Because we are in the middle of a heat wave and I’m pleased to have the unit fixed, I’m not making a bigger deal of the total cost. I will continue to use them to service my units.

Omar is terrific! He was persistent in solving our issue and consistent in keeping commitments to service time and costs!

I had a couple of service calls from Lee's Air for issues unrelated to the heat pump system but caused by remediation efforts due to a severe water leak. On both occasions, Omar Espericueta was my technician. The service was top drawer. He takes his work seriously. He seems very well informed and provided specific education for me about how the system functions and why it works as it does. I'd be happy to see him whenever service is required.

I live in Sun City West, AZ and my large air conditioning unit died at the end of May 2022. Armando Cantu (Technical Leader) and Ian Millar (Customer Advisor) did an outstanding job of designing and installing my new air conditioning and new ductwork system. Ian and I were in frequent communication and Armando was the very hands-on technical leader of the installation team. I am very thankful that Armando and Ian were the experts helping me with this very important job. I'm sure you will feel the same way when they help you.

On 10-12-22 I did a factory reset on my Ecobee thermostat thinking that it would help me get my WiFi connection working. I was wrong and the reset sent me back to selecting wiring connections. So I called Lee's Air after hours and the service coordinator scheduled Armando Cantu to come help me at 8am the next morning. Armando came at 8am and got everything working again. This review is long overdue. I had a great experience using 1800cooling. My old HVAC system went out in July and they were the only ones that treated it as an emergency without wanting to charge me for emergency service. I don't recall the sale person's name but he gave me several options and recommendations including adding a variable speed, fan which I've been very happy with.

The installers were there the next day and did a fantastic job. Everything was very professional, and they even installed a new disconnect box which I wasn't expecting.

Since then, I've had two scheduled check ups. They're always on time and very thorough. Big thank you to 1800cooling and I highly recommend them!
